Abstract
A packaging structure of liquid crystal panel, for packaging the liquid crystal panels during transporting, the packaging structure comprises a plurality of storage grooves, the liquid crystal panels are placed in the packaging structure, the packaging structure further comprises two mutual attraction pads which set on the upper and lower sides of the liquid crystal panel, the pads are provided for preventing the liquid crystal panel swaying and impacting on the side wall of the storage groove during transporting. The panel is compressed tightly by the upper pad and the lower pad, and then be attracted and attached between the two barrier layers with the mutual attraction from the magnetic elements. The panel cannot be moving and swaying in vertical direction with the attraction between the upper pad and the lower pad, in horizontal direction by the high friction force of the barrier layer.

A packaging structure of liquid crystal panel, for packaging the liquid crystal panels during transporting, the packaging structure comprising a plurality of storage grooves, the liquid crystal panels being placed in the packaging structure, the packaging structure further comprising two mutual attraction pads which set on the upper and lower sides of the liquid crystal panel, the pads comprising a magnetic element and a barrier layer, the barrier layer being provided for insulating the magnetic element and the liquid crystal panel, the liquid crystal panel being attracted and adhered on the barrier layer with the magnetic element, the pads being provided for preventing the liquid crystal panel swaying and impacting on the side wall of the storage groove during transporting.
2 . The packaging structure of liquid crystal panel according to claim 1 , wherein the pads comprise an upper pad and a lower pad, the magnetic element comprises a magnet and a metal sheet which are respectively embedded in the upper pad and the lower pad.

The packaging structure of liquid crystal panel according to claim 2 , wherein the upper pad comprises two barrier layers and the metal sheet, the metal sheet embedding between the two barrier layers, the lower pad comprises the barrier layer and the magnet adhering on the bottom of the storage groove.

The packaging structure of liquid crystal panel according to claim 2 , wherein the upper pad comprises two barrier layers and the magnet, the magnet embedding between the two barrier layers, the lower pad comprises the barrier layer and the metal sheet adhering on the bottom of the storage groove.
5 . The packaging structure of liquid crystal panel according to claim 1 , wherein the barrier layer is made of a material with anti-static and high friction coefficient.
6 . The packaging structure of liquid crystal panel according to claim 5 , wherein the barrier layer is made of silica gel or polyurethane, the friction coefficient of the barrier layer is 15-20μ.
7 . The packaging structure of liquid crystal panel according to claim 6 , wherein the friction coefficient of the barrier layer is 18μ.
8 . The packaging structure of liquid crystal panel according to claim 2 , wherein a plurality of liquid crystal panel is separated by the upper pad and the lower pad, which are parallel overlapped and embedded into the storage grooves.
9 . The packaging structure of liquid crystal panel according to claim 2 , wherein the barrier layer and metal sheet are adhering together with adhesive.
10 . The packaging structure of liquid crystal panel according to claim 2 , wherein the width of the barrier layer and the metal sheet are the same.
11 . The packaging structure of liquid crystal panel according to claim 2 , wherein the width of the upper pad and the liquid crystal panel is the same.

A packaging structure of liquid crystal panel, for packaging the liquid crystal panels during transporting, the packaging structure comprising a plurality of storage grooves, the liquid crystal panels being placed in the packaging structure, the packaging structure further comprising two mutual attraction pads which set on the upper and lower sides of the liquid crystal panel, the pads being provided for preventing the liquid crystal panel swaying and impacting on the side wall of the storage groove during transporting.

The packaging structure of liquid crystal panel according to claim 12 , wherein the pads comprises a magnetic element and a barrier layer, the barrier layer is provided for insulating the magnetic element and the liquid crystal panel, the liquid crystal panel is attracted and adhered on the barrier layer with the magnetic element.
14 . The packaging structure of liquid crystal panel according to claim 13 , wherein the pad comprises an upper pad and a lower pad, the magnetic element comprises a magnet and a metal sheet which are respectively embedded in the upper pad and the lower pad.

The packaging structure of liquid crystal panel according to claim 14 , wherein the upper pad comprises two barrier layers and the metal sheet, the metal sheet embedding between the two barrier layers, the lower pad comprises the bather layer and the magnet adhering on the bottom of the storage groove.

The packaging structure of liquid crystal panel according to claim 14 , wherein the upper pad comprises two bather layers and the magnet, the magnet embedding between the two barrier layers, the lower pad comprises the barrier layer and the metal sheet adhering on the bottom of the storage groove.
