Soft Chair Cushion

Abstract

The present application is directed to a soft chair cushion including: a fixation plate comprising an inner cavity; an air passage opening disposed on a side of the inner cavity; a soft pad including a wrapping layer; an elastic layer wrapped by the soft pad and comprising a spring frame and a plurality of springs installed on the spring frame; a fixing strap disposed between the springs; and a soft layer wrapped by the soft pad and disposed on a top of the elastic layer.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A soft chair cushion comprising:
 a fixation plate ( 5 ) comprising an inner cavity ( 10 );   an air passage opening ( 13 ) disposed on a side of the inner cavity ( 10 );   a soft pad ( 3 ) comprising a wrapping layer ( 4 );   an elastic layer ( 12 ) wrapped by the soft pad ( 3 ) and comprising a spring frame ( 1 ) and a plurality of springs ( 2 ) installed on the spring frame ( 1 );   a fixing strap ( 14 ) disposed between the springs; and   a soft layer ( 11 ) wrapped by the soft pad ( 3 ) and disposed on a top of the elastic layer ( 12 ).   
     
     
         2 . A chair cushion according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the soft layer ( 11 ) is made of soft polyurethane foam.   
     
     
         3 . A chair cushion according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the spring frame ( 1 ) comprises a plurality of bolts ( 6 ) connected to the fixation plate ( 5 ).   
     
     
         4 . A chair cushion according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a “#” shaped strengthening rib ( 9 ) disposed in the cavity ( 10 ).   
     
     
         5 . A chair cushion according to  claim 3 , further comprising:
 a “#” shaped strengthening rib ( 9 ) disposed in the cavity ( 10 ).   
     
     
         6 . A chair cushion according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 an installation cavity ( 8 ) disposed on a bottom of the fixation plate ( 5 ) and configured for installing a supporter.   
     
     
         7 . A chair cushion according to  claim 3 , further comprising:
 an installation cavity ( 8 ) disposed on a bottom of the fixation plate ( 5 ) and configured for installing a supporter.   
     
     
         8 . A chair cushion according to  claim 4 , further comprising:
 an installation cavity ( 8 ) disposed on a bottom of the fixation plate ( 5 ) and configured for installing a supporter.
