Abstract

A method of visually identifying a wearer's relationship status using a bracelet is provided. The bracelet may include a plurality of different indicators that identify the wearer as being unmarried and single. An identifier may include certain structural differences as compared to other bracelets. In certain embodiments, an identifier includes the bracelet having a first strap that is intertwined and connected with a second strap. The bracelet may be secured to a wearer's wrist to indicate that the wearer is single.

         13 . A method of visually identifying a wearer's relationship status comprising:
 providing a bracelet comprising:
 a first strap comprising an inner surface, an outer surface opposite the inner surface, a first side edge, a second side edge opposite the first side edge, a first end and a second end opposite the first end; 
 a connector releasably connecting the first end of the first strap to the second end of the first strap; and 
 a second strap having a length shorter than the first strap and comprising a first end and a second end opposite the first end, wherein 
 the first end of the second strap is connected to the inner surface of the first strap by a first rivet, 
 the second strap wraps around the first side edge of the first strap so that a middle portion of the second strap is covering a portion of the outer surface of the first strap, 
 the second strap wraps around the second side edge of the first strap, and 
 the second end of the second strap is connected to the inner surface of the first strap by a second rivet, and 
 securing the bracelet around the wearer's wrist, wherein wearing the bracelet around the wearer's wrist visually indicates to third parties that the wearer is single. 
   
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 13 , wherein each of the first and second rivets of the bracelet comprises a rivet post and a cap secured over the rivet post.
