Abstract

A thermoelectric conversion module includes a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements; and a first metal substrate and a second metal substrate between which the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements are sandwiched. The first metal substrate includes a plurality of divisional substrates. The plurality of divisional substrates are disposed with clearances left between each other.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A thermoelectric conversion module comprising:
 a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements; and   a first metal substrate and a second metal substrate between which the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements are sandwiched,   wherein the first metal substrate includes a plurality of divisional substrates, and   the plurality of divisional substrates are disposed with clearances left between each other.   
     
     
         2 . The thermoelectric conversion module according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the first metal substrate is provided on a high temperature side of the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements, and   the second metal substrate is provided on a low temperature side of the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements.   
     
     
         3 . The thermoelectric conversion module according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 a wiring pattern is formed on the second metal substrate, and   the plurality of divisional substrates are connected with each other by the wiring pattern.
