Abstract
Methods and systems for a complete vehicle ecosystem are provided. Specifically, systems that when taken alone, or together, provide an individual or group of individuals with an intuitive and comfortable vehicular environment. The present disclosure builds on integrating existing technology with new devices, methods, and systems to provide a complete vehicle ecosystem.

21 . A method for aggregating vehicle data for an insurance incentive or disincentive comprising:
collecting data from one or more sensors on a vehicle, the sensors including a perimeter sensor, a proximity sensor, a gravitational-force (G-force) sensor, and a global positioning service module, a mileage monitor to track miles driven, and at least one of a biometric sensor and a law module; storing the collected data in a memory associated with the vehicle, the stored data capable of being forwarded in real-time to a destination associated with an insurance company; evaluating the collected data, by at least one processor, to determine a driving behavior of a driver of the vehicle; determining whether the driving behavior includes one or more triggering events that correspond to the insurance incentive or disincentive; providing, when the driving behavior includes the one or more triggering events, the insurance incentive or disincentive to the driver of the vehicle; determining whether real-time feedback should be provided to the driver including information about the driving behavior and the provided insurance incentive or disincentive; communicating, via a display associated with the vehicle, the real-time feedback to the driver in response to determining that the real-time feedback including the information about the driving behavior and the provided insurance incentive or disincentive should be provided to the driver; and querying, as part of communicating the real-time feedback, the driver for information.
22 . The method of claim 21 , further comprising forwarding the stored data to one or more additional destinations at a later time.
23 . The method of claim 21 , further comprising:
recording information including global positioning service information from the global positioning service module with a date and time and one or more of whether vehicle doors are locked, whether vehicle windows are up, whether a vehicle top is up, whether the vehicle is carrying cargo and whether a vehicle sunroof is closed.
24 . The method of claim 21 , further comprising:
determining that the vehicle has been stolen; capturing image information from an on-board camera of the vehicle; and sending the captured image information to a law enforcement agency.
25 . The method of claim 21 , wherein determining whether the driving behavior includes one or more triggering events further comprises:
analyzing the collected data to determine whether a threshold has been met.
26 . The method of claim 25 , wherein the collected data includes proximity sensor data, further comprising:
alerting, in response to determining that the threshold has been met, the driver of the vehicle of the proximity of the vehicle in relation to another object.
27 . The method of claim 26 , further comprising providing the feedback at a later time.
28 . The method of claim 27 , wherein one or more of a display device, speaker and tactile feedback device convey the real-time feedback to the driver.
29 . The method of claim 21 , further comprising one or more of a braking sensor, an acceleration sensor, a turn signal sensor, a light sensor, a radio sensor, a Bluetooth sensor, a passenger sensor and a camera.
30 . A non-transitory computer readable information storage media having stored thereon instructions, that when executed by one or more processors, cause the steps of claim 21 to be performed.
31 . A system adapted to aggregate vehicle data for an insurance incentive or disincentive comprising:
a controller that collects data from one or more sensors on a vehicle, the sensors including a perimeter sensor, a proximity sensor, a gravitational-force (G-force) sensor, and a global positioning service module, a mileage monitor and at least one of a biometric sensor and a law module; a storage device that stores the collected data, the stored data capable of being forwarded in real-time to a destination associated with an insurance company; an incentive/disincentive module that evaluates the collected data to determine a driving behavior of a driver associated with the vehicle, determines whether the driving behavior includes one or more triggering events that correspond to the insurance incentive or disincentive, provides the insurance incentive or disincentive to the driver of the vehicle when the driving behavior includes the one or more triggering events; a first feedback module that determines whether real-time feedback should be provided to the driver including information about the driving behavior and the provided insurance incentive or disincentive, communicate, via a display associated with the vehicle, the real-time feedback to the driver in response to determining that the real-time feedback including the information about the driving behavior and the provided insurance incentive or disincentive should be provided to the driver, and query, as part of communicating the real-time feedback, the driver for information.
32 . The system of claim 31 , further comprising a communications module adapted to forward the stored data to one or more additional destinations at a later time.

The system of claim 31 , further comprising recording information including global positioning service information from the global positioning service module with a date and time and one or more of: whether vehicle doors are locked, whether vehicle windows are up, whether a vehicle top is up, whether the vehicle is carrying cargo and whether a vehicle sunroof is closed.

The system of claim 31 , wherein a determination is made that the vehicle has been stolen, and in response to determining that the vehicle has been stolen, capturing image information from an on-board camera of the vehicle, and sending the captured image information to a law enforcement agency.
35 . The system of claim 31 , wherein determining whether the driving behavior includes one or more triggering events further comprises analyzing the collected data to determine whether a threshold has been met.
36 . The system of claim 31 , wherein one or more of a display device, speaker and tactile feedback device convey the feedback to the driver.
37 . The system of claim 31 , further comprising one or more of a braking sensor, an acceleration sensor, a turn signal sensor, a light sensor, a radio sensor, a Bluetooth sensor, a passenger sensor and a camera.
38 . The system of claim 31 , further comprising a feedback module, that based on one or more rules and the evaluation, determines whether feedback should be provided to the driver in real-time or at a later date.
39 . The method of claim 21 , further comprising:
monitoring, via the biometric sensor, a heart rate of the driver; determining whether the monitored heart rate of the driver requires a stimulus; and adjusting a temperature inside the vehicle when the monitored heart rate of the driver requires the stimulus.

The method of claim 31 , wherein the controller is further configured to monitor a heart rate of the driver, and wherein the first feedback module is further configured to determine whether the monitored heart rate of the driver requires a stimulus and adjust a temperature inside the vehicle when the monitored heart rate of the driver requires the stimulus.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
