Abstract

Monocoque transparent boat ( 1 ), characterized in that it is constituted by a single sheet made of rigid plastic material and shaped in a manner so as to have a substantially triangular plan, a central hull ( 7 ) and two angular lateral structures ( 2, 3 ), the boat ( 1 ) being provided with at least one seat element ( 11 ), reversibly constrained to the central hull ( 7 ) by connection bars ( 12, 13 ), and with a rear closure element ( 8 ), constrained to the central hull ( 7 ) by an angular bar ( 9 ), the boat ( 1 ) also including at least two floats ( 14, 15 ), each float being housed in a respective lateral structure ( 2, 3 ).

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . Monocoque transparent boat ( 1 ) with high buoyancy and stability in water, which comprises:
a single shaped sheet, made of rigid plastic material, said sheet being shaped in a manner so as to be provided with: i. a central hull ( 7 ) provided with length (L) and with V-shaped section, said section having rear width (W) which progressively decreases towards the prow along the length (L) of said central hull ( 7 ), said central hull ( 7 ) being provided with a depth that progressively decreases towards the prow along the length (L) of said central hull ( 7 ), until it is reduced to zero, terminating at the upper vertex ( 20 ) of the stem, ii. two angular lateral structures ( 2 , 3 ), each provided with an upper portion ( 4 , 4 ′) whose width progressively decreases towards the front part of the boat ( 1 ), and with an external lateral portion ( 5 , 5 ′) projecting downward, each of said two upper portions ( 4 , 4 ′) being provided with at least one handle ( 6 , 6 ′), at least one rear closure element ( 8 ) made of rigid plastic material, with substantially triangular section, with an angle equal to that of the V-shaped bottom of the central hull ( 7 ), and reversibly constrained to the wider rear portion of the central hull ( 7 ) by means of a V-shaped angular bar ( 9 ), said rear closure element ( 8 ) being provided with at least one through hole through said rear closure element ( 8 ), reversibly capped by a common cap ( 17 ), at least one seat element ( 11 ), made of rigid plastic material, reversibly constrained to the central hull ( 7 ) of the boat ( 1 ) by means of two connection bars ( 12 , 13 ), preferably with three elements, by means of common fixing systems such as screws and bolts. at least two floats ( 14 , 15 ), respectively housed between the upper portion ( 4 , 4 ′) and the external lateral portion ( 5 , 5 ′) of each angular lateral structure ( 2 , 3 ), and being reversibly constrained thereto by means of common flexible fixing means, such as laces, fixed to the handle ( 6 , 6 ″) of each upper portion ( 4 , 4 ′).

2 . Boat according to claim 1 , wherein the central hull ( 7 ) is provided with length (L) and with V-shaped section and has maximum rear width (W) that progressively decreases in moving towards the prow, said central hull ( 7 ) having a depth that remains constant from the stern to the prow, given that said V-shaped section has an angle that progressively narrows when moving from the stern to the prow.

3 . Boat ( 1 ) according to claim 1 , wherein said sheet composed of two angular lateral structures ( 2 , 3 ) and of the central hull ( 7 ), the rear closure element ( 8 ), and the seat element ( 11 ), are entirely made of transparent polycarbonate.

         4 . Boat ( 1 ) according to claim 1 , wherein the floats ( 14 , 15 ) are common reserves of inflatable buoyancy, possibly transparent.

         5 . Boat ( 1 ) according to claim 1 , wherein the transparent seat element ( 11 ) is provided with a transparent back.

6 . Boat ( 1 ) according to claim 1 , wherein the boat is provided with at least two transparent seat elements.

         7 . Boat ( 1 ) according to claim 1 , wherein the upper portions ( 4 , 4 ′) of the angular lateral structures ( 2 , 3 ) are provided with common locks for oars or paddles.

8 . Boat ( 1 ) according to claim 1 , wherein the angular bar ( 10 ) is provided on the upper part with at least one mooring bitt.

9 . Boat ( 1 ) according to claim 1 , wherein the angular bar ( 10 ) and the V-shaped angular bar ( 9 ) are made of rigid rubber or they are provided with a rubber seal.

10 . Boat ( 1 ) according to claim 1 , wherein the length (L) of the central hull ( 7 ) is comprised between 100 and 600 cm, and preferably it is equal to 300 cm, the maximum stern width, i.e. the sum of the rear width (W) of the central hull ( 7 ) and the rear width of the two angular lateral structures ( 2 , 3 ), is comprised between 60 and 250 cm, and preferably it is equal to 130 cm.

11 . Boat ( 1 ) according to claim 1 , further comprising a base reversibly constrained to the connection bars ( 12 , 13 ) and a common tiltable mast, possibly telescopic, said base being provided with a cavity adapted to receive said mast, which is reversibly constrained to said cavity.

         12 . Boat ( 1 ) according to claim 1 , further comprising a third float ( 16 ), possibly transparent, housed inside the central hull ( 7 ).

13 . Boat ( 1 ) according to claim 1 , wherein the central hull ( 7 ) and the two angular lateral structures ( 2 , 3 ) are each distinct elements, and that the two angular lateral structures ( 2 , 3 ) are reversibly constrained to the central hull ( 7 ) by means of the connection bars ( 12 , 13 ) with three elements, preferably with screws and bolts.

14 . Boat ( 1 ) according to claim 1 , wherein the boat is provided with a support for auxiliary outboard motor placed centrally on the stern board.
