Energy medicine therapeutics

Abstract

The invention in suitable embodiments is directed to energy medicine therapeutic compositions enabled by man-made clathrin proteins. In one aspect, one or more purified clathrin protein, formed in whole or in part from isolated, synthetic and or recombinant amino acid residues comprising in whole or in part one or more clathrin heavy chain protein and isoforms thereof, and including one or more of an element or a material for use in supplying an electrical, an electromagnetic, a photonic, a quantum, or a thermal action or effect to a biological element or a biological process, form one or more type of therapeutic composition for treating a cell process, a genotype or a phenotype disease, condition, or disorder, in vivo or in vitro.

In view of the foregoing, what is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An energy medicine composition for treating a disease, condition, or disorder comprising: at least one of a man made protein comprising a clathrin heavy chain protein amino acid sequence that is stable with respect to dissociation in vivo or in vitro, and the man made sequence further does not comprise adaptor proteins, and the man made sequence further does not self-assemble into a cavity forming clathrin cage or a clathrin coated vesicle at physiological pH, and also including one or more of an element or a material acceptable for binding to any of the clathrin non-cage or clathrin non-coated vesicle protein and for use in supplying an electrical, an electromagnetic, a photonic, a quantum, or a thermal action or effect to a biological element or a biological process, and administering to a subject in need thereof the preceding protein or composition, wherein the disease, condition, or disorder comprises in whole or in part a cell element or a cell process.

The energy medicine composition according to  claim 1 , wherein the man made protein is formed from a plurality of purified, synthetic, recombinant, biologically modified, chemically modified, genetically modified, biologically active, biologically inert, hybridized or chiral protein molecules.

The energy medicine composition according to  claim 9 , wherein the disease, condition or disorder is of any type including but not limited to an autoimmune, a cancer, a degenerative, an endocytosis, an exocytosis, a genetic, an immunoregulation, an inflammation, an injury, an insult, a metabolic, neurological, a neuropsychiatric, pain, a phenotype, stroke disease, condition or a disorder type. 
     
     
         11 . The energy medicine composition of  claim 9 , wherein the drug targets a disease, condition, or disorder comprising a cell element, a cell process, a genotype or a phenotype. 
     
     
         12 . The energy medicine composition of  claim 1 , further comprising one or more algorithms to control a configuration of the composition. 
     
     
         13 . The energy medicine composition of  claim 1 , wherein a configuration of the composition comprises an extracellular or an intracellular use composition. 
     
     
         14 . The energy medicine composition of  claim 1  comprising, multiple of the man made clathrin heavy chain proteins. 
     
     
         15 . The energy medicine composition according to  claim 1 , wherein a configuration of the composition comprises a masking moiety. 
     
     
         16 . The energy medicine composition of  claim 9 , wherein the drug is a supplemental drug for use by one or more other drugs. 
     
     
         17 . The energy medicine composition of  claim 1 , wherein the energy medicine composition is formulated for any suitable route and means of administration. 
     
     
         18 . The energy medicine composition of  claim 1 , wherein the energy medicine composition is formulated as an adhesive, aerosols, a biologic, a capsule, a chemical compound, a coated, crystals, eye drops, gels, an injectable, liquids, oils, ointments, a polymer, powders, a prosthetic, salves, soft galantine capsules, a stent, a controlled release, subcutaneous, surgical, syrups, a tablet, a topical, a vapor, or a water soluble composition. 
     
     
         19 . A method for an energy medicine composition for treating a disease, condition, or disorder comprising: forming at least one of a man made protein comprising a clathrin heavy chain protein amino acid sequence that is stable with respect to dissociation in vivo or in vitro, and the man made sequence further does not comprise adaptor proteins, and the man made sequence further does not self-assemble into a cavity forming clathrin cage or a clathrin coated vesicle at physiological pH, and also including one or more of an element or a material acceptable for binding to any of the clathrin non-cage or clathrin non-coated vesicle protein and for use in supplying an electrical, an electromagnetic, a photonic, a quantum, or a thermal action or effect to a biological element or a biological process, and administering to a subject in need thereof the preceding protein or composition, wherein the disease, condition, or disorder comprises in whole or in part a cell element or a cell process. 
     
     
         20 . The energy medicine composition of  claim 1 , wherein supplying the element or a material to a biological element or a biological process induces a living cell to produce and/or emit biochemical or biological or chemical or electrical or electromagnetic or photonic or quantum mechanical or thermal energy or a combination thereof. 
     
     
         21 . The energy medicine composition of  claim 20 , wherein the living cell is transformed into a hybrid medicinal agent comprising the supplied element or material and the cell supplied energy for use in treating a disease, condition, or disorder. 
     
     
         22 . The energy medicine composition of  claim 20 , wherein the living cell is further a capacitor for storing the energy. 
     
     
         23 . The energy medicine composition of  claim 20 , wherein the living cell producing and/or emitting the energy further comprises the cell undergoing one or more changes of color. 
     
     
         24 . The energy medicine composition of  claim 1 , wherein the clathrin heavy chain protein sequence comprises one or more of a clathrin heavy chain protein sequence of any type including but not limited to comprising a man made SEQ ID NO: 1 or SEQ ID NO: 2 type. 
     
     
         25 . The energy medicine composition of  claim 1 , wherein a clathrin protein light chain sequence comprising a man made SEQ ID NO:12 or SEQ ID NO:13 is disposed adjacent to the clathrin heavy chain and binding to the clathrin heavy chain.
