Abstract
A method for inducing a cellular or hormonal response includes using a wave-generating device to emit sound waves through an individual's skin and onto a target organ, and vibrating the target organ or a portion thereof at a frequency in resonance with the sound waves. The sound waves have a frequency of less than 200 Megahertz (MHz).
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 .- 14 . (canceled)
15 . A device for inducing a cellular or hormonal response, comprising:
an infrasound wave generator; a power supply connected to the infrasound wave generator; a power control connected to the power supply; and an infrasound wave emitting portion operative to transmit infrasound waves through an individual's skin and onto an organ of interest.
16 . The device of claim 15 , wherein the infrasound wave emitting portion includes a skin contacting portion.
17 . The device of claim 15 , wherein the infrasound waves are emitted at a fixed frequency or a combination of frequencies.
18 . The device of claim 15 , wherein the infrasound wave emitting portion is operative to transmit infrasound waves through air or water.
19 . The device of claim 15 , wherein the power control is connected to the power supply by a wireless means.
20 . The device of claim 15 , further comprising a feedback sensor for monitoring vibrations of the organ of interest and altering vibration stimulus.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
