Jewelry holder

Abstract

A jewelry holder may include a shaft having a first section and a second section. The first section may include two spaced members defining a gap. The spaced members may be configured to receive an item. The second portion may secure the first portion.

1 . A jewelry holder assembly for displaying and storing a jewelry item comprising:
 (a) a container having a backing;   (b) one or more jewelry holders, having:
 (i) a first section which is inserted into the backing to secure the one or more jewelry holders into the backing; 
 (ii) a second section including two spaced members defining a gap, the spaced members configured to receive the jewelry item between the two spaced members; and 
 (iii) a center line which extends from the first section to the second section.

         21 . The jewelry holder assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the second section includes:
 (a) a first portion where the two spaced members diverge diagonally relative to the center line; and   (b) a second portion distal to the backing where the two spaced members are substantially equidistant and substantially parallel to the center line.   
     
     
         22 . The jewelry holder assembly of  claim 21 , wherein the one or more jewelry holders further comprise a radially extending cover arranged coaxially around the first section to conceal insertion of the jewelry holder into the backing. 
     
     
         23 . The jewelry holder assembly of  claim 22 , wherein the radially extending cover is integral with the one or more jewelry holders. 
     
     
         24 . The jewelry holder assembly of  claim 21 , wherein the jewelry holder assembly comprises a plurality of the one or more jewelry holders. 
     
     
         25 . The jewelry holder assembly of  claim 21 , wherein the container includes a base which is able to swing open to open the container. 
     
     
         26 . The jewelry holder assembly of  claim 25 , wherein the base is opposite the backing when the container is closed and a depth of the container is a distance from the base to the backing. 
     
     
         27 . The jewelry holder assembly of  claim 26 , wherein a length of the one or more jewelry holders extending from the backing is equivalent to the depth of the container so that an end of the one or more jewelry holders which is distal to the backing abuts the base. 
     
     
         28 . The jewelry holder assembly of  claim 24 , wherein the backing is made of wood, plastic, metal, composite, or any combination thereof. 
     
     
         29 . The jewelry holder assembly of  claim 28 , wherein the backing includes a board and a soft material disposed thereon. 
     
     
         30 . The jewelry holder of  claim 21 , wherein the one or more jewelry holders are configured to receive a jewelry item which includes a jewelry ball with a jewelry ball diameter and a jewelry shaft with a jewelry shaft width so that the jewelry shaft is arranged between the two spaced members and the jewelry ball rests on the two spaced members. 
     
     
         31 . A jewelry holder assembly for displaying and storing a jewelry item comprising:
 (a) a container having:
 (i) a backing; 
 (ii) a base opposite the backing when the container is closed which is able to swing open to open the container; 
   (b) one or more jewelry holders having:
 (i) a first section which is inserted into the backing to secure the one or more jewelry holders into the backing; 
 (ii) a second section including two spaced members defining a gap, the spaced members configured to receive the jewelry item between the two spaced members; 
 (iii) a center line which extends from the first section to the second section; and 
 (iv) a radially extending cover arranged coaxially around the first section to conceal insertion of the jewelry holder into the backing. 
   
     
     
         32 . The jewelry holder assembly of  claim 31 , wherein the second section includes:
 (a) a first portion where the two spaced members diverge diagonally relative to the center line; and   (b) a second portion distal to the backing where the two spaced members are substantially equidistant and substantially parallel to the center line.   
     
     
         33 . The jewelry holder assembly of  claim 32 , wherein the radially extending cover is integral with the one or more jewelry holders. 
     
     
         34 . The jewelry holder assembly of  claim 31 , wherein the jewelry holder assembly comprises a plurality of the one or more jewelry holders. 
     
     
         35 . The jewelry holder assembly of  claim 32 , wherein the base is opposite the backing when the container is closed and a depth of the container is a distance from the base to the backing. 
     
     
         36 . The jewelry holder assembly of  claim 35 , wherein a length of the one or more jewelry holders extending from the backing is equivalent to the depth of the container so that an end of the one or more jewelry holders which is distal to the backing abuts the base. 
     
     
         37 . The jewelry holder assembly of  claim 36 , wherein the backing is made of wood, plastic, metal, composite, or any combination thereof. 
     
     
         38 . The jewelry holder assembly of  claim 37 , wherein the backing includes a board and a soft material disposed thereon. 
     
     
         39 . A jewelry holder assembly for displaying and storing a jewelry item comprising:
 (a) a container having:
 (i) a backing; 
 (ii) a base opposite the backing when the container is closed which is able to swing open to open the container; wherein a depth of the container is a distance from the base to the backing when the container is closed; 
   (b) a plurality of jewelry holders, each individual jewelry holder having:
 (i) a first section which is inserted into the backing to secure the jewelry holder into the backing; 
 (ii) a second section including two spaced members defining a gap, the spaced members configured to receive the jewelry item between the two spaced members; 
 (iii) a center line which extends from the first section to the second section; and 
 (iv) a radially extending cover arranged coaxially around the first section to conceal insertion of the jewelry holder into the backing; 
 wherein the second section includes a first portion where the two spaced members diverge diagonally relative to the center line; and a second portion distal to the backing where the two spaced members are substantially equidistant and substantially parallel to the center line; and 
 wherein a length of each of the individual jewelry holders extending from the backing is equivalent to the depth of the container so that an end of each of the individual jewelry holders which is distal to the backing abuts the base.
