Abstract

Disclosed is a flame-resistant closure piece that is adapted to a corresponding closure piece such that a detachable to closure is formed. Said closure piece comprises a least one flat basic fabric ( 14 ) consisting of warp threads ( 10 ) and weft threads ( 12 ), and functional elements ( 18 ) that protrude on the front side of the basic fabric ( 14 ). The basic fabric ( 14 ) is provided with a flame-resistant finish. The disclosed flame-resistant closure piece is characterized in that the basic fabric ( 14 ) and the functional elements ( 18 ) are predominantly, preferably entirely, made of flame-resistant plastic materials.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A flame-resistant closure piece, which is adapted to a corresponding closure piece such that a detachable closure is formed, said closure piece having at least one flat basic fabric ( 14 ) consisting of warp threads ( 10 ) and weft threads ( 12 ) and having functional elements ( 18 ) that protrude on the front side of the basic fabric ( 14 ), wherein the basic fabric ( 14 ) is provided with a flame-resistant finish ( 30 ), characterized in that the basic fabric ( 14 ) and the functional elements ( 18 ) are predominantly, but preferably entirely, composed of flame-resistant plastic materials.

2 . The flame-resistant closure piece according to claim 1 , characterized in that the warp ( 10 ) and/or the weft threads ( 12 ) are predominantly, but preferably entirely, composed of PA66 plastic materials.

3 . The flame-resistant closure piece according to claim 1 , characterized in that the functional elements ( 18 ) formed from thread material are predominantly, but preferably entirely, composed of PP plastic materials.

4 . The flame-resistant closure piece according to claim 1 , characterized in that the threads ( 10 , 12 , 16 ) composed of PA66 or PP plastic materials have flame-retardant additives such as phosphorus compounds and/or triazine compounds and/or graphite constituents.

5 . The flame-resistant closure piece according to claim 1 , characterized in that the thread-like functional elements ( 16 ) are integrated as pile threads in the basic fabric ( 14 ), which form loop-like closure elements ( 22 , 24 ) when remaining closed and which form mushroom-like closure elements ( 28 ) when cut open and heated on their free ends.

6 . The flame-resistant closure piece according to claim 1 , characterized in that the finish ( 30 ) used for the basic fabric ( 14 ) has self-adhesive properties or is provided with a separate, preferably flame-resistant adhesive layer ( 32 ) on its side turned away from the functional elements ( 16 ).

         7 . The flame-resistant closure piece according to claim 1 , the self-adhesive adhesive layer ( 32 ) is artificial rubber-based or acrylate-based.

8 . The flame-resistant closure piece according to claim 1 , characterized in that the finish ( 30 ) is formed from a solvent-free, moisture-curing, reactive polyurethane prepolymer-based melt adhesive.

9 . The flame-resistant closure piece according to claim 8 , characterized in that the melt adhesive ( 30 ) additionally contains the following components:
10 to 90% polyester-polyol, 0 to 50% polyether-polyol, 5 to 35% polyisocyanate, 2 to 50% flame-retardant agents such as antimony- and halogen-free phosphorus compounds and/or triazine compounds, and additives such as catalysts and stabilizers as needed.

10 . The flame-resistant closure piece according to claim 1 , characterized in that the flame-resistant adhesive layer of the finish ( 30 ) has at least one acrylate compound as well as polyphosphoric acids and ammonium salts, including graphite constituents or other carbon constituents.

11 . A flame-resistant finish or coating for a closure piece, in particular for a closure piece according to claim 1 that is adapted to a corresponding closure piece such that a detachable closure is formed, having at least one flat basic backing ( 14 ) and having functional elements ( 16 ) that protrude on the front side of the basic backing ( 14 ), wherein the basic backing ( 14 ) is provided with a flame-resistant finish ( 30 ), characterized in that the finish ( 30 ) is formed from a solvent-free, moisture-curing, reactive polyurethane prepolymer-based melt adhesive.

12 . The flame-resistant finish according to claim 11 , characterized in that the melt adhesive additionally contains the following components:
10 to 90% polyester-polyol, 0 to 50% polyether-polyol, 5 to 35% polyisocyanate, 2 to 50% flame-retardant agents such as antimony- and halogen-free phosphorus compounds and/or triazine compounds, and additives such as catalysts and stabilizers as needed.
