Production process of a head gear

Abstract

The present process concerns protective devices for the users of water gym activity, from water and chemical products used in swimming pools, with special reference to the head and hair.

1 . Production process of a head gear to protect the head of water gym activity users, spherical shaped, and equipped with an elastic material along the circumference and characterized in that its junction points are water proofed by means of heat welding or ultrasonic welding or laser welding or heatseal taping seams. 
     
     
         2 . Process as per  claim 1  characterized in that the product on Its outer surface e fitted with joining points, possibly “pinces”, whose edges , once put together, will allow the desired volume. 
     
     
         3 . Process as per above claims, that the product so obtained is characterized in that Its inner surface is water proofed by the use of water proof and breathing material, or by means of special coating. 
     
     
         4 . Process as per the above claims, the so obtained product is characterized in that made of elastic fabrics.
