Claims
Abstract
A core exercising assembly includes a base having a bottom surface and a housing attached to the base and extending upwardly therefrom. The housing is rotatable with respect to the base such that an axis of rotation of the housing is vertically oriented and extends through the base. A pair of arms extends outwardly from the housing. The arms each have a free end. The arms is aligned with each other and positioned opposite of each other relative to the housing. The arms are each positioned vertically above a plane of the bottom surface a distance of less than 6.0 inches.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An exercising assembly for facilitating core muscle strengthening, said assembly comprising:
a base having a bottom surface and an outer surface, wherein said bottom surface has an area being less than 1.0 ft 2 ; a housing being attached to said base and extending upwardly therefrom, said housing being rotatable with respect to said base such that an axis of rotation of said housing is vertically oriented and extends through said base, said housing having a perimeter wall extending downwardly from a top wall, said perimeter wall extending over and continuously around said outer surface of said base such that said outer surface of said base including an outermost extend of said outer surface of said base is inwardly inset from said perimeter wall; and a pair of arms extending outwardly from said housing, said arms each having a free end, said arms being aligned with each other and positioned opposite of each other relative to said housing, said arms each being positioned vertically above a plane of said bottom surface a distance of less than 6.0 inches; and a resistance actuator being mechanically coupled to said base and said housing, said resistance actuator extending inwardly from said perimeter wall of said housing to frictionally engage said outer surface of said base to increase or decrease a resistance to rotation of said housing relative to said base.

3 . The exercising assembly according to claim 1 , further including a non-slip material being attached to and extending downwardly from said bottom surface.
4 . The exercising assembly according to claim 3 , wherein said non-slip material is formed into a plurality of foot pads.

6 . The exercising assembly according to claim 1 , wherein said resistance actuator includes a rod attached to and extending through said perimeter wall, said rod abutting said outer surface of said base, a force of said rod against said base being adjustable.
7 . The exercising assembly according to claim 1 , wherein each of said free ends are spaced from said housing a distance of between 8.0 inches and 30.0 inches.
8 . The exercising assembly according to claim 1 , wherein each of said arms has a diameter being less than 2.0 inches.
9 . The exercising assembly according to claim 1 , further including a pair of cushions, each of said arms having one of said cushions attached thereto.
10 . The exercising assembly according to claim 9 , wherein each of said cushions extends around a corresponding one of said arms and comprising a resiliently compressible material.
11 . An exercising assembly for facilitating core muscle strengthening, said assembly comprising:
a base having a bottom surface, said bottom surface having an area being less than 1.0 ft 2 , said bottom surface having a circular shape; a non-slip material being attached to and extending downwardly from said bottom surface, said non-slip material being formed into a plurality of foot pads; a housing being attached to said base and extending upwardly therefrom, said housing being rotatable with respect to said base such that an axis of rotation of said housing is vertically oriented and extends through said base, said housing including a top wall and a perimeter wall being attached to and extending downwardly from said top wall, said perimeter wall extending over and continuously around an outer surface of said base such that said outer surface of said base including an outermost extend of said outer surface of said base is inwardly inset from said perimeter wall; a resistance actuator being mechanically coupled to said base and said housing a resistance actuator being mechanically coupled to said base and said housing, said resistance actuator extending inwardly from said perimeter wall of said housing to frictionally engage said outer surface of said base to increase or decrease a resistance to rotation of said housing relative to said base, said resistance actuator including a rod attached to and extending through said perimeter wall, said rod abutting said outer surface of said base, a force of said rod against said outer surface of said base being adjustable; a pair of arms extending outwardly from said housing, said arms each having a free end, said arms being aligned with each other and positioned opposite of each other relative to said housing, each of said free ends being spaced from said housing a distance of between 12.0 inches and 30.0 inches, each of said arms having a diameter being less than 2.0 inches, said arms each being positioned vertically above a plane of said bottom surface a distance of less than 6.0 inches; and a pair of cushions, each of said arms having one of said cushions attached thereto, each of said cushions extending around a corresponding one of said arms and comprising a resiliently compressible material.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
