Abstract
An energy services bridge interposed between one or more energy service providers and an energy distribution network operator manages a plurality of diversified energy consumer service plans so as to be compliant with the physical and technical constraints of the transmission/distribution gird. The energy services bridge further conveys real-time information regarding the state of the transmission/distribution grid to the plurality of energy service providers enabling active management of the service plans and correspondingly active management of the transmission/distribution grid.

2 . A system for management of grid compatible energy services, comprising:
an energy transmission/distribution grid; energy transmission/distribution grid constraints of the energy transmission/distribution grid; a plurality of energy services providers each having one or more energy transmission/distribution grid compatible services; a distribution network operator; and an energy services bridge interposed between each of the plurality of energy services providers and the distribution network operator wherein the energy services bridge normalizes aggregate energy transmission/distribution grid compatible energy services with the energy transmission/distribution grid constraints.
3 . The system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 2 , wherein the energy services bridge manages aggregate access to the energy transmission/distribution grid.
4 . The system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 2 , wherein the energy transmission/distribution grid constraints include technical constraints regarding interfacing distributed energy resources with the energy transmission/distribution grid.

The system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 2 , wherein the energy services bridge, responsive to operational and/or physical considerations of the energy transmission/distribution grid, manages access to the energy transmission/distribution grid for each energy services provider.
6 . The system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 2 , wherein the energy services bridge, responsive to real time conditions of the energy transmission/distribution grid, manages access to the energy transmission/distribution grid for each energy services provider.
7 . The system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 2 , wherein the energy services bridge, responsive to contractual considerations, manages access to the energy transmission/distribution grid for each energy services provider.

The system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 2 , wherein the energy services bridge dynamically adjusts access to the energy transmission/distribution grid responsive to information received from the plurality of energy service providers, the distribution network operator and one or more energy customers.
9 . The system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 2 , further comprising one or more energy customers.

The system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 2 , wherein the distribution network operator provides to one or more energy customers access to one or more energy transmission/distribution grid compatible services on behalf of the plurality of energy services providers.
11 . A computer implemented system for management of grid compatible energy services in conjunction with an energy transmission/distribution grid, comprising:
a microprocessor operable to execute a program of instructions; and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium coupled to the microprocessor and tangibly embodying a set of instructions for management of grid compatible energy services, wherein the set of instructions when executed by the microprocessor include the steps for publishing constraints of the energy transmission/distribution grid; registering with an energy services bridge grid compatible energy services offered by a plurality of energy service providers; providing one or more energy service customers access to grid compatible energy services via the energy transmission/distribution grid; and managing by the energy services bridge for each of the plurality of energy service providers access to the energy transmission/distribution grid.
12 . The computer implemented system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 11 , further comprising instructions for receiving energy transmission/distribution grid constraint compliance information.
13 . The computer implemented system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 11 , further comprising instructions for normalizing aggregate grid compatible energy services with constraints of the energy transmission/distribution grid.
14 . The computer implemented system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 11 , further comprising managing access to the energy transmission/distribution grid for each energy service provider by the energy services bridge responsive to contractual considerations.

The computer implemented system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 11 , further comprising managing access to the energy transmission/distribution grid for each energy service provider by the energy services bridge responsive to operational and/or physical considerations of the energy transmission/distribution grid.

The computer implemented system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 11 , further comprising managing access to the energy transmission/distribution grid for each energy service provider by the energy services bridge responsive to real time conditions of the energy transmission/distribution grid.
17 . The computer implemented system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 11 , further comprising altering grid compatible energy services responsive to changes in operational and/or physical conditions of the energy transmission/distribution grid.
18 . The computer implemented system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 11 , wherein constraints of the energy transmission/distribution grid are published by a distribution network operator.

The computer implemented system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 19 , further comprising adjusting grid compatible energy services responsive to information received from the energy services providers, the one or more energy services customers, and the distribution network operator.
20 . The computer implemented system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 19 , wherein registering includes registering grid compatible energy services with the distribution network operator.
21 . The computer implemented system for management of grid compatible energy services according to claim 11 , wherein registration includes association of a particular grid compatible energy services with the one or more energy services customers.
