Magnetic game device
Abstract
The invention relates to a magnetic game device ( 1 ) provided with a frame ( 2 ) in which one or several hole perforation plates ( 3 ) are arranged and which has a back plate ( 7 ) such that hole plate ( 3 ) and back plate ( 7 ) are located in parallel opposite to each other, and said hole plate ( 3 ) forming the front side and said back plate ( 7 ) the rear side of the magnetic game device ( 1 ), wherein the magnetic game device ( 1 ) being provided with at least one magnetic guiding piece ( 11 ) and at least one magnetic playing piece ( 5 ), with the back plate ( 7 ) and the hole plate ( 3 ) being arranged without or with a sufficiently narrow gap between them so that the playing piece ( 5 ) follows the movement the guiding piece ( 11 ) performs when the guiding piece ( 11 ) is moved over the back plate ( 7 ), and wherein the hole plate ( 3 ) being provided with adequately sized cutouts ( 4 ) allowing the playing piece ( 5 ) to pass through said cutouts ( 4 ), and wherein the hole plate ( 3 ) and the back plate ( 7 ) are arranged vertically, the hole plate ( 3 ) is interchangeable in frame ( 2 ), and the back plate ( 7 ) is nontransparent.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Magnetic game device provided with a frame ( 2 ) in which one or several hole perforation plates ( 3 ) are arranged and which has a back plate ( 7 ) such that hole plate ( 3 ) and back plate ( 7 ) are located in parallel opposite to each other, and said hole plate ( 3 ) forming the front side and said back plate ( 7 ) the rear side of the magnetic game device ( 1 ), wherein the magnetic game device ( 1 ) being provided with at least one magnetic guiding piece ( 11 ) and at least one magnetic playing piece ( 5 ), with the back plate ( 7 ) and the hole plate ( 3 ) being arranged without or with a sufficiently narrow gap between them so that the playing piece ( 5 ) follows the movement the guiding piece ( 11 ) performs when the guiding piece ( 11 ) is moved over the back plate ( 7 ), and wherein the hole plate ( 3 ) being provided with adequately sized cutouts ( 4 ) allowing the playing piece ( 5 ) to pass through said cutouts ( 4 ), characterized in that the hole plate ( 3 ) and the back plate ( 7 ) are arranged vertically, the hole plate ( 3 ) is interchangeable in frame ( 2 ), and the back plate ( 7 ) is nontransparent.
2 . Magnetic game device according to claim 1 , characterized in that several hole plates ( 3 ) are arranged in frame ( 2 ).
3 . Magnetic game device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the frame ( 2 ) is provided with slots ( 10 ) for the insertion of hole plates ( 3 ), wherein the hole plate ( 3 ) is inserted into me frame ( 2 ) via the slots ( 10 ) and thus kept in position in the frame ( 2 ).
4 . Magnetic game device according to claim 3 , characterized by at least one strip ( 9 ) arranged within frame ( 2 ), with said strip ( 9 ) having slots or contact faces to ensure the hole plate ( 3 ) is spaced away from back plate ( 7 ) and avoid a lateral displacement of the hole plate ( 3 ).
5 . Magnetic game device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the hole plate ( 3 ) and the back plate ( 7 ) are spaced apart to create an interspace ( 8 ) between the hole plate ( 3 ) and the back plate ( 7 ), with the gap between the hole plate ( 3 ) and the back plate ( 7 ) being larger than the height of the playing piece ( 5 ).
6 . Magnetic game device according to claim 1 , characterized by a supporting base ( 6 ) which is connected to me lower part of the frame ( 2 ).
7 . Magnetic game device according to claim 5 , characterized in that the supporting base ( 6 ) is provided with an opening which has a connection with interspace ( 8 ).
8 . Magnetic game device according to claim 7 , characterized in that the supporting base ( 6 ) has a hollow space and said hollow space is connected with interspace ( 8 ) in such a manner that a playing piece ( 5 ) failing through the interspace ( 8 ) enters the hollow space, with the bottom at the lower end of the hollow space having a downward slope causing the playing piece ( 5 ) to be guided towards the opening.
9 . Magnetic game device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the guiding piece ( 11 ) is provided with a permanent magnet.
10 . Magnetic game device according to claim 9 , characterized in that the playing piece ( 5 ) consists at least partially of a ferromagnetic material or a permanent magnet.
11 . Magnetic game device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the back plate ( 7 ) is provided with a layer of a ferromagnetic material.
12 . Magnetic game device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the back plate ( 7 ), with a view to supporting the hole plate ( 3 ), is provided with raised portions pointing in the direction of hole plate ( 3 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
