A child's car seat assembly includes components enabling mental stimulation, entertainment and comfort for a child or infant while they are sitting in a car seat assembly. A car seat assembly includes a car seat, a cup-holder and an interchangeable cup-holder control enabling access to media, educational tools and two-way, person-to-person communication. A car seat assembly includes a car seat, safety straps for securing occupant in the seat, a handle, a canopy to block sunlight or receive a projection, a car mounting base, at least one crush barrier and a projector. A car seat assembly includes a removable handle pad for holding a smart phone. A removable handle pad for holding a smart phone includes a pad and a smart phone pouch on the surface of the handle pad. The car seat assembly of the disclosure is intended for use with an infant or toddler.

(a) a seat; (b) safety straps for safely securing the small child or infant in the seat; (c) a handle connected to the seat; (d) a canopy connected to a side of the car seat assembly; (e) a car seat mounting base capable for receiving the seat; (f) a handle pad connected to the car seat assembly; and (g) a smartphone pouch on the surface of the handle pad connected to the car seat assembly.
2 . The car seat assembly of claim 1 , wherein the smart phone pouch is formed of a see-through poly-material.
3 . The car seat assembly of claim 1 , wherein the smart phone pouch has speaker holes.
4 . The car seat assembly of claim 1 , wherein the handle pad includes at least one Velcro-style strip capable of securing the handle pad to the handle.
5 . The car seat assembly of claim 1 , wherein the handle pad includes a clip to secure the handle pad to the handle.
6 . The car seat assembly of claim 1 , wherein the handle pad includes a button to secure the handle pad to the handle.
7 . The car seat assembly of claim 1 , wherein the handle pad includes a zipper to secure the handle pad to the handle.
8 . The car seat assembly of claim 1 , wherein the handle pad is capable of wrapping around the handle that is surrounded by fabric.
9 . The car seat assembly of claim 1 , wherein there are two connected handle pads wrapped around the handle.
10 . The car seat assembly of claim 1 , wherein there are three connected handle pads wrapped around the handle.
11 . The car seat assembly of claim 1 , wherein the handle pad is capable of rotating around the handle.
12 . The car seat assembly of claim 1 , further comprising:
a controller for wirelessly accessing media.
13 . The car seat assembly of claim 12 , wherein the controller is further used to enable two-way wireless communication between the small child or infant seated in the car seat and at least one additional person.
14 . The car seat assembly of claim 1 , wherein the car seat assembly includes a clip for attachment of an electronic device.
15 . The car seat assembly of claim 1 , wherein the safety straps further include a pulsation system.
16 . The car seat assembly of claim 15 , wherein the pulsation system replicates a heartbeat pattern.
17 . An apparatus comprising:
a handle pad comprising a smartphone pouch on a surface of the handle pad for connecting to a handle of a seat assembly for an infant stroller or carrier.
18 . The apparatus of claim 17 , wherein the smart phone pouch is formed of a see-through poly-material.
19 . The apparatus of claim 17 , wherein the handle pad is capable of wrapping around the handle that is surrounded by fabric.
