What is claimed is:

         1 . A process for controlling a tool, comprising:
providing a grip device with a grip block smoothly joined to a band; arranging a top side of the grip block proximate the tool and a bottom side of the grip block that is distant the tool; wherein the band is configured to permit human fingers to be adjacent to the grip block.

2 . The process of claim 1 , wherein the grip device further comprises a first side, a second side, a third side and a fourth side immediately adjacent to both the top side and the bottom side.

3 . The process of claim 2 , wherein the grip block further comprises a length, a width and a height; wherein
the length is at least 0.25 inches, but no more than 0.75 inches; the width is at least 0.25 inches, but no more than 0.75 inches; and the height is at least 2.00 inches, but no more than 2.50 inches.

         4 . The process of claim 3 , wherein:
the length is about 0.50 inches; the width is about 0.50 inches; and the height is about 2.50 inches.

5 . The process of claim 2 , wherein the band has a radius; wherein the radius is at least one inch but no more than 1.5 inches.

6 . The process of claim 5 , wherein the radius is about 1.19 inches.
