Percale bedding system

Abstract

Bedding fabricated of percale weave sheeting includes two pillow cases, a top sheet, and a fitted sheet. The percale weave sheeting has cotton warp yarn with a denier of 15 D to 240 D. The percale weave sheeting has polyester weft yarn with a denier 15 D to 240 D. The polyester weft yarn is polyester filament, low intermingle. The cotton warp yarn and the polyester weft yarn are in a cross weave, 1/1, 1 over 1 and under.

1 . Fabric fabricated of percale weave sheeting, the percale weave sheeting having fabric warp yarn and filament weft yarn, the fabric warp yarn and the filament weft yarn being a cross weave. 
     
     
         2 . The fabric as set forth in  claim 1  wherein the bedding is formed as a pillowcase. 
     
     
         3 . The fabric as set forth in  claim 1  wherein the fabric is formed as a top sheet. 
     
     
         4 . The fabric as set forth in  claim 1  wherein the fabric is formed as a fitted sheet. 
     
     
         5 . The fabric as set forth in  claim 1  wherein the fabric is formed as pillowcases, a top sheet, and a fitted sheet. 
     
     
         6 . The fabric as set forth in  claim 1  wherein the filament weft yarn is polyester filament, low intermingle. 
     
     
         7 . The fabric as set forth in  claim 6  wherein the filament weft yarn has a denier of from 15 D to 240 D. 
     
     
         8 . The fabric as set forth in  claim 1  wherein the fabric warp yarn is cotton. 
     
     
         9 . The fabric as set forth in  claim 8  wherein the fabric warp yarn has a denier of from 15 D to 240 D. 
     
     
         10 . The fabric as set forth in  claim 1  wherein the cross weave is 1/1, 1 over and 1 under. 
     
     
         11 . The fabric as set forth in  claim 1  wherein the cross weave is 1/2, 1 over and 2 under. 
     
     
         12 . The fabric as set forth in  claim 1  wherein the cross weave is 1/4, 1 over and 4 under.

Bedding ( 10 ) characterized by anti-wrinkle capabilities, increased softness and durability/long life, and decreased cost, the bedding being fabricated of percale weave sheeting, the bedding includes two pillow cases ( 12 ), a top sheet ( 14 ), and a fitted sheet ( 16 ), the percale weave sheeting having cotton warp yarn ( 18 ) with a denier 15 D to 240 D, the percale weave sheeting having polyester weft yarn ( 20 ) with a denier of 15 D to 240 D, the polyester weft yarn being polyester filament, low intermingle, the cotton warp yarn and the polyester weft yarn being a cross weave, 1/1, 1 over 1 and under.
