Abstract

A mouthpiece type toothbrush comprises: a maxillary body part; a maxillary groove part formed at the maxillary body part to accommodate upper teeth; a maxillary outer rotation shaft configured with a plurality of straight shafts along an outside inner wall of the maxillary groove part; a maxillary inner rotation shaft configured with a plurality of straight shafts along an inside inner wall of the maxillary groove part; a maxillary third gear formed on any one straight shaft among the plurality of straight shafts configuring the maxillary outer rotation shaft; a shaft part having a screw thread; and a maxillary one-way bearing configured to rotate in one direction by a movement of the screw thread of the shaft part. The maxillary third gear rotates together with the rotation of the maxillary one-way bearing.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A mouthpiece type toothbrush comprising:
 a maxillary body part;   a mandibular body part;   a maxillary groove part formed at the maxillary body part to accommodate upper teeth;   a mandibular groove part formed at the mandibular body part to accommodate lower teeth;   a maxillary opening part formed at the maxillary body part;   a mandibular opening part formed at the mandibular body part;   a shaft part having a screw thread connected to the maxillary body part and the mandibular body part through the maxillary opening part and the mandibular opening part;   a maxillary one-way bearing disposed at a side of the maxillary body part to vertically move along the shaft part;   a mandibular one-way bearing disposed at a side of the mandibular body part to vertically move along the shaft part;   a maxillary outer first rotation shaft having one end connected to the maxillary one-way bearing to rotate together with the rotation of the maxillary one-way bearing;   a maxillary outer second rotation shaft having one end connected to the maxillary one-way bearing to rotate together with the rotation of the maxillary one-way bearing;   a mandibular outer first rotation shaft having one end connected to the mandibular one-way bearing to rotate together with the rotation of the mandibular one-way bearing; and   a mandibular outer second rotation shaft having one end connected to the mandibular one-way bearing to rotate together with the rotation of the mandibular one-way bearing,   wherein toothbrush bristles are disposed at the maxillary outer first rotation shaft, the maxillary outer second rotation shaft, the mandibular outer first rotation shaft, and the mandibular outer second rotation shaft.   
     
     
         2 . The mouthpiece type toothbrush according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a maxillary outer first rotary gear connected to the other end of the maxillary outer first rotation shaft;   a maxillary outer second rotary gear connected to the other end of the maxillary outer second rotation shaft;   a maxillary inner first rotary gear configured to rotate by interlocking with the maxillary outer first rotary gear;   a maxillary inner second rotary gear configured to rotate by interlocking with the maxillary outer second rotary gear;   a maxillary inner first rotation shaft having one end connected to the maxillary inner first rotary gear and the other end connected to a fixed part;   a maxillary inner second rotation shaft having one end connected to the maxillary inner second rotary gear and the other end connected to the fixed part;   a mandibular outer first rotary gear connected to the other end of the mandibular outer first rotation shaft;   a mandibular outer second rotary gear connected to the other end of the mandibular outer second rotation shaft;   a mandibular inner first rotary gear configured to rotate by interlocking with the mandibular outer first rotary gear;   a mandibular inner second rotary gear configured to rotate by interlocking with the mandibular outer second rotary gear;   a mandibular inner first rotation shaft having one end connected to the mandibular inner first rotary gear and the other end connected to the fixed part; and   a mandibular inner second rotation shaft having one end connected to the mandibular inner second rotary gear and the other end connected to the fixed part,   wherein toothbrush bristles are disposed at the maxillary inner first rotation shaft, the maxillary inner second rotation shaft, the mandibular inner first rotation shaft, and the mandibular inner second rotation shaft.   
     
     
         3 . The mouthpiece type toothbrush according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a fixed shaft configured to rotatably connect the maxillary body part and the mandibular body part; and   an elastic member disposed between the maxillary body part and the mandibular body part to form a gap between the maxillary body part and the mandibular body part.   
     
     
         4 . The mouthpiece type toothbrush according to  claim 1 , wherein the maxillary one-way bearing rotates only when being lowered along the shaft part. 
     
     
         5 . The mouthpiece type toothbrush according to  claim 4 , wherein the maxillary outer first rotation shaft and the maxillary outer second rotation shaft rotate in the direction of brushing upper teeth from top to bottom by the rotation of the maxillary one-way bearing. 
     
     
         6 . The mouthpiece type toothbrush according to  claim 2 , wherein the maxillary one-way bearing rotates only when being lowered along the shaft part. 
     
     
         7 . The mouthpiece type toothbrush according to  claim 6 , wherein:
 the maxillary outer first rotation shaft and the maxillary outer second rotation shaft rotate in the direction of brushing upper teeth from top to bottom by the rotation of the maxillary one-way bearing; and   the maxillary inner first rotation shaft and the maxillary inner second rotation shaft rotate in the direction of brushing upper teeth from top to bottom by the rotations of the maxillary outer first rotation shaft and the maxillary outer second rotation shaft.   
     
     
         8 . The mouthpiece type toothbrush according to  claim 1 , wherein the mandibular one-way bearing rotates only when being lifted along the shaft part. 
     
     
         9 . The mouthpiece type toothbrush according to  claim 8 , wherein the mandibular outer first rotation shaft and the mandibular outer second rotation shaft rotate in the direction of brushing lower teeth from bottom to top by the rotation of the mandibular one-way bearing. 
     
     
         10 . The mouthpiece type toothbrush according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the mandibular one-way bearing rotates only when being lifted along the shaft part.   
     
     
         11 . The mouthpiece type toothbrush according to  claim 10 , wherein:
 the mandibular outer first rotation shaft and the mandibular outer second rotation shaft rotate in the direction of brushing lower teeth from bottom to top by the rotation of the mandibular one-way bearing; and   the mandibular inner first rotation shaft and the mandibular inner second rotation shaft rotate in the direction of brushing lower teeth from bottom to top by the rotations of the mandibular outer first rotation shaft and the mandibular outer second rotation shaft.   
     
     
         12 . The mouthpiece type toothbrush according to  claim 2 , wherein:
 a liquid toothpaste tube is disposed inside the maxillary outer first rotation shaft, the maxillary outer second rotation shaft, the maxillary inner first rotation shaft, the maxillary inner second rotation shaft, the mandibular outer first rotation shaft, the mandibular outer second rotation shaft, the mandibular inner first rotation shaft, and the mandibular inner second rotation shaft; and   the toothpaste in the liquid toothpaste tube is dispensed through a plurality of holes disposed at the maxillary outer first rotation shaft, the maxillary outer second rotation shaft, the maxillary inner first rotation shaft, the maxillary inner second rotation shaft, the mandibular outer first rotation shaft, the mandibular outer second rotation shaft, the mandibular inner first rotation shaft, and the mandibular inner second rotation shaft by the rotations of the maxillary outer first rotation shaft, the maxillary outer second rotation shaft, the maxillary inner first rotation shaft, the maxillary inner second rotation shaft, the mandibular outer first rotation shaft, the mandibular outer second rotation shaft, the mandibular inner first rotation shaft, and the mandibular inner second rotation shaft.   
     
     
         13 . An operating method of a mouthpiece type toothbrush, the operating method comprising:
 moving a maxillary body part and a mandibular body part in the direction of touching each other;   rotating and moving a maxillary one-way bearing disposed at the maxillary body part and a mandibular one-way bearing disposed at the mandibular body part in the direction of becoming closer to each other along a shaft part;   rotating a maxillary outer first rotation shaft and a maxillary outer second rotation shaft in the direction of brushing upper teeth from top to bottom by the rotation of the maxillary one-way bearing; and   rotating a mandibular outer first rotation shaft and a mandibular outer second rotation shaft in the direction of brushing lower teeth from bottom to top by the rotation of the mandibular one-way bearing.   
     
     
         14 . The operating method according to  claim 13 , further comprising, after the rotating of the maxillary outer first rotation shaft and the maxillary outer second rotation shaft in the direction of brushing upper teeth from top to bottom by the rotation of the maxillary one-way bearing:
 rotating a maxillary inner first rotation shaft in the direction of brushing upper teeth from top to bottom by the rotation of the maxillary outer first rotation shaft; and   rotating a maxillary inner second rotation shaft in the direction of brushing upper teeth from top to bottom by the rotation of the maxillary outer second rotation shaft.   
     
     
         15 . The operating method according to  claim 13 , further comprising, after the rotating of the mandibular outer first rotation shaft and the mandibular outer second rotation shaft in the direction of brushing lower teeth from bottom to top by the rotation of the mandibular one-way bearing:
 rotating a mandibular inner first rotation shaft in the direction of brushing lower teeth from bottom to top by the rotation of the mandibular outer first rotation shaft; and   rotating a mandibular inner second rotation shaft in the direction of brushing lower teeth from bottom to top by the rotation of the mandibular outer second rotation shaft.   
     
     
         16 . The operating method according to  claim 13 , further comprising, after the rotating of the mandibular outer first rotation shaft and the mandibular outer second rotation shaft in the direction of brushing lower teeth from bottom to top by the rotation of the mandibular one-way bearing:
 spacing the maxillary body part and the mandibular body part apart in the direction of becoming farther from each other; and   moving, while not rotating, the maxillary one-way bearing disposed at the maxillary body part and the mandibular one-way bearing disposed at the mandibular body part in the direction of becoming farther from each other along the shaft part.   
     
     
         17 . A mouthpiece type toothbrush comprising:
 a maxillary body part;   a maxillary groove part formed at the maxillary body part to accommodate upper teeth;   a maxillary outer rotation shaft configured with a plurality of straight shafts along an outside inner wall of the maxillary groove part;   a maxillary inner rotation shaft configured with a plurality of straight shafts along an inside inner wall of the maxillary groove part;   a maxillary third gear formed on any one straight shaft among the plurality of straight shafts configuring the maxillary outer rotation shaft;   a shaft part having a screw thread; and   a maxillary one-way bearing configured to rotate in one direction by a movement of the screw thread of the shaft part,   wherein the maxillary third gear rotates together with the rotation of the maxillary one-way bearing.   
     
     
         18 . The mouthpiece type toothbrush according to  claim 17 , further comprising a belt member configured to connect the maxillary outer rotation shaft and the maxillary inner rotation shaft, wherein:
 the plurality of straight shafts configuring the maxillary outer rotation shaft are connected via an axial gear on which a screw gear is formed; and   the plurality of straight shafts configuring the maxillary inner rotation shaft are connected via an axial gear on which a screw gear is formed.   
     
     
         19 . The mouthpiece type toothbrush according to  claim 17 , further comprising a maxillary first gear and a maxillary second gear,
 wherein the rotation of the maxillary third gear together with the rotation of the maxillary one-way bearing is performed by:   the maxillary first gear rotating by the rotation of the maxillary one-way bearing;   the maxillary second gear rotating by the rotation of the maxillary first gear; and   the maxillary third gear rotating by the rotation of the maxillary second gear.   
     
     
         20 . The mouthpiece type toothbrush according to  claim 17 , further comprising:
 a mandibular body part;   a mandibular groove part formed at the mandibular body part to accommodate lower teeth;   a mandibular outer rotation shaft configured with a plurality of straight shafts along an outside inner wall of the mandibular groove part;   a mandibular inner rotation shaft configured with a plurality of straight shafts along an inside inner wall of the mandibular groove part;   a mandibular third gear formed on any one straight shaft among the plurality of straight shafts configuring the mandibular outer rotation shaft;   a shaft part having a screw thread;   a mandibular one-way bearing configured to rotate in one direction by a movement of the screw thread of the shaft part;   a belt member configured to connect the mandibular outer rotation shaft and the mandibular inner rotation shaft;   a mandibular first gear; and   a mandibular second gear, wherein:   the mandibular third gear rotates together with the rotation of the mandibular one-way bearing;   the plurality of straight shafts configuring the mandibular outer rotation shaft are connected via an axial gear on which a screw gear is formed;   the plurality of straight shafts configuring the mandibular inner rotation shaft are connected via an axial gear on which a screw gear is formed; and   the rotation of the mandibular third gear together with the rotation of the mandibular one-way bearing is performed by the mandibular first gear rotating by the rotation of the mandibular one-way bearing, the mandibular second gear rotating by the rotation of the mandibular first gear, and the mandibular third gear rotating by the rotation of the mandibular second gear.
