Moldable and reusable material positionable in footwear and a tool for inserting, shaping, and removing the same
Abstract
Kits, systems, methods, materials, and tools for improving footwear wearability are provided. In one aspect, a kit includes a deformable material adapted to be positioned into footwear, and a tool including a first end and a second end. The first end of the tool is adapted to engage the deformable material, move the material to a desired position in the footwear, and shape the material. The second end of the tool is adapted to engage the material and remove the material from the footwear. In another aspect, a method of improving wearabilty of footwear includes positioning a deformable material into footwear, engaging the material with a first end of a tool, moving the material to a desired portion of the footwear with the tool, and deforming the material into a desired shape with the first end of the tool.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A kit comprising:
a deformable material adapted to be positioned into footwear; and a tool including a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the tool is adapted to engage the deformable material, move the material to a desired position in the footwear, and shape the material, and wherein the second end of the tool is adapted to engage the material and remove the material from the footwear.
2 . The kit of claim 1 , wherein the first end of the tool includes an engagement surface adapted to engage the material, move the material and shape the material.
3 . The kit of claim 2 , wherein the engagement surface is arcuate.
4 . The kit of claim 1 , wherein the second end of the tool includes a removal member adapted to engage the material and remove the material from the footwear.
5 . The kit of claim 4 , wherein the removal member is a hook.
6 . The kit of claim 1 , wherein the tool is a one-piece unitarily formed tool.
7 . The kit of claim 1 , wherein the first end of the tool includes an arcuate engagement surface adapted to engage the material, move the material and shape the material, and wherein the second end of the tool includes a hook adapted to engage the material and remove the material from the footwear.
8 . The kit of claim 7 , wherein the tool is a one-piece unitarily formed tool.
9 . The kit of claim 8 , wherein the tool is one of plastic and metal.
10 . The kit of claim 1 , wherein the material has a color and the color is associated with a characteristic of the material.
11 . The kit of claim 10 , wherein the characteristic of the material is one of durability, tackiness, scent, size, or type of footwear with which to use the material.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
