Abstract

The method for reciprocating punching/raking/loading by a power box on an excavator and the excavator having a power box capable of reciprocating punching/raking/loading, which includes a reciprocating impact power box body and a reciprocating impact box raking device, the reciprocating impact box raking device includes a raking rotary member disposed on the lower portion of the side face of the reciprocating impact power box body and a raking rotary arm disposed on the raking rotary member and driven by it to rotate, the raking end of the raking rotary arm disposed on the reciprocating impact power box body rotates relative to the reciprocating impact power box body to rake the material to an area beyond the surface of the reciprocating impact power box body, the raking rotary arm rakes up the material punched by a reciprocating impact head and moves the material to a material-clearing portion.

1 . A method for reciprocating punching/raking/loading by a power box on an excavator, comprising the following steps:
 a first step: disposing a reciprocating impact power box body, disposing a reciprocating impact power member and a reciprocating impact guide member in the reciprocating impact power box body, and connecting the reciprocating impact power member with the reciprocating impact guide member;   a second step: disposing a reciprocating impact box raking device, disposing a raking rotary member of the reciprocating impact box raking device on the lower portion of the side face of the reciprocating impact power box body, disposing a raking rotary arm of the reciprocating impact box raking device on the raking rotary member, stretching out a rotary plane of the raking rotary arm from the lower portion and/or the front portion of the reciprocating impact power box body, and disposing a raking controller on the reciprocating impact power box body;   a third step: disposing a reciprocating impact head on the reciprocating impact guide member which stretches out from the box body;   a fourth step: disposing a machine body, disposing a material-clearing portion on the machine body, and disposing a walking portion on the lower portion of the machine body;   a fifth step: disposing a box body lifting controller, hinging one end of the box body lifting controller with the machine body, and hinging the other end of the box body lifting controller with the reciprocating impact power box body;   a sixth step: disposing a reciprocating impact controller, driving the reciprocating impact power member by the reciprocating impact controller, driving the reciprocating impact guide member by the reciprocating impact power member, and driving reciprocating impact punching of the reciprocating impact head by the reciprocating impact guide member;   a seventh step: driving the raking rotary member by the raking controller, driving the raking rotary arm to rotate by the raking rotary member, driving the raking end of the raking rotary arm disposed on the reciprocating impact power box body to rotate relative to the reciprocating impact power box body to rake the material to an area beyond the surface of the reciprocating impact power box body, raking up the material punched by the reciprocating impact head and moving the material to the material-clearing portion, driving the raking rotary arm to expose a surface to be mined requiring impact punching of the reciprocating impact head, and driving the reciprocating impact head to carry out continuous reciprocating impact punching; and   an eighth step: driving the reciprocating impact power box body to ascend and descend by the box body lifting controller, driving the reciprocating impact head to carry out up-down impact punching, driving the raking rotary arm to clear the material punched from high and low to the material-clearing portion, and driving the machine body to walk by the walking portion to realize continuous excavation of an excavator having a power box capable of reciprocating punching/raking/loading.

An excavator having a power box capable of reciprocating punching/raking/loading for implementing the method for reciprocating punching/raking/loading by the power box on the excavator, comprising: a machine body, a walking portion, a reciprocating impact power box body, a reciprocating impact power member, a reciprocating impact guide member, a reciprocating impact head, a reciprocating impact box raking device, a reciprocating impact controller, a raking controller and a box body lifting controller, the reciprocating impact power member and the reciprocating impact guide member are disposed on the reciprocating impact power box body, the reciprocating impact power member is connected with the reciprocating impact guide member, the reciprocating impact box raking device comprises a raking rotary member and a raking rotary arm, the raking rotary member is disposed on the lower portion of the side face of the reciprocating impact power box body, the raking rotary arm is disposed on the raking rotary member, the raking rotary arm and the raking rotary member are separately connected or are integrated, a rotary plane of the raking rotary arm stretches out from the lower portion and/or the front portion of the reciprocating impact power box body, the raking controller is disposed on the reciprocating impact power box body, the reciprocating impact head is disposed on the reciprocating impact guide member which stretches out from the box body, a material-clearing portion is disposed on the machine body, the walking portion is disposed on the lower portion of the machine body, one end of the box body lifting controller is hinged with the machine body, the other end of the box body lifting controller is hinged with the reciprocating impact power box body, the reciprocating impact controller drives the reciprocating impact power member, the reciprocating impact power member drives the reciprocating impact guide member, the reciprocating impact guide member drives the reciprocating impact head to carry out reciprocating impact punching, the raking controller drives the raking rotary member, the raking rotary member drives the raking rotary arm to rotate, the raking end of the raking rotary arm disposed on the reciprocating impact power box body rotates relative to the reciprocating impact power box body to rake the material to an area beyond the surface of the reciprocating impact power box body, the raking rotary arm rakes up the material punched by the reciprocating impact head and moves the material to the material-clearing portion, the raking rotary arm exposes a surface to be mined requiring impact punching of the reciprocating impact head, the reciprocating impact head is driven to carry out continuous reciprocating impact punching, the box body lifting controller drives the reciprocating impact power box body to ascend and descend, the reciprocating impact head carries out up-down impact punching, the raking rotary arm clears the material punched from high and low to the material-clearing portion, and the walking portion drives the machine body to walk to realize continuous excavation of the excavator having the power box capable of reciprocating punching/raking/loading.

The excavator having the power box capable of reciprocating punching/raking/loading of  claim 2 , wherein the raking controller is disposed on the reciprocating impact power box body, the raking controller comprises a raking driving member and a raking transmission member, the raking controller is disposed on the outer side of the reciprocating impact power box body or disposed in the reciprocating impact power box body, the raking driving member drives the raking transmission member to rotate, the raking transmission member drives the raking rotary member to rotate, the raking driving member and the raking transmission member are separately connected or are integrated, and the raking controller and the reciprocating impact controller are separately connected or are integrated.

The excavator having the power box capable of reciprocating punching/raking/loading of  claim 3 , wherein the raking driving member is disposed in the reciprocating impact power box body, the raking transmission member is disposed on the outer side of the reciprocating impact power box body and is leaned against the side of the reciprocating impact power box body or is disposed in the reciprocating impact power box body, and the raking driving member drives the raking transmission member to rotate.

The excavator having the power box capable of reciprocating punching/raking/loading of  claim 2 , wherein a bearing is disposed on the reciprocating impact power box body, the raking rotary member is disposed on the reciprocating impact power box body through the bearing, one end or both ends of the raking rotary member are disposed at the outside of the reciprocating impact power box body to drive the raking rotary arm to rotate, the raking controller comprises a raking driving member and a raking transmission member, and the raking driving member is disposed on the outer side surface of the reciprocating impact power box body or is disposed in the reciprocating impact power box body.

The excavator having the power box capable of reciprocating punching/raking/loading of  claim 2 , wherein the raking controller comprises a raking driving member and a raking transmission member, the raking driving member is disposed in the reciprocating impact power box body, an output shaft of the raking driving member stretches out from one side of the reciprocating impact power box body, the raking transmission member is disposed at the outside of the reciprocating impact power box body, bearings are disposed on one side or both sides of the reciprocating impact power box body, the raking rotary member is a raking through shaft, the raking through shaft is disposed on the reciprocating impact power box body through the bearing, one end or both ends of the raking through shaft stretch out from the reciprocating impact power box body and support the raking rotary arm to rotate, the raking driving member drives the raking transmission member, the raking transmission member on one side of the reciprocating impact power box body drives the raking through shaft to rotate, the raking through shaft drives the raking rotary arm on one side or both sides of the reciprocating impact power box body to rotate for raking, and the space in the reciprocating impact power box body is fully used to combine the reciprocating impact controller and the raking driving member in the reciprocating impact power box body.

The excavator having the power box capable of reciprocating punching/raking/loading of  claim 2 , wherein the raking controller is disposed in the reciprocating impact power box body, bearings are disposed on one side or both sides of the reciprocating impact power box body, the raking rotary member is a raking through shaft, the raking through shaft is disposed on the reciprocating impact power box body through the bearing, one end or both ends of the raking through shaft stretch out from the reciprocating impact power box body and support the raking rotary arm to rotate, the raking controller comprises a raking driving member and a raking transmission member, the raking driving member and the raking transmission member are disposed in the reciprocating impact power box body, the raking driving member drives the raking transmission member, the raking transmission member drives the raking through shaft to rotate, the raking through shaft drives the raking rotary arm on one side or both sides of the reciprocating impact power box body to rotate for raking, and the raking driving member and the raking transmission member are disposed in the reciprocating impact power box body.

The excavator having the power box capable of reciprocating punching/raking/loading of  claim 2 , wherein a guide riding wheel and a riding wheel supporting member are disposed on the reciprocating impact power box body, the riding wheel supporting member comprises an inner riding wheel supporting member and an outer riding wheel supporting member, the guide riding wheel is disposed on the riding wheel supporting member, the reciprocating impact guide member is supported and guided by the guide riding wheel, the reciprocating impact guide member stretches out from the reciprocating impact power box body to be connected with the reciprocating impact head, the reciprocating impact guide member and the reciprocating impact power member are separately connected or are integrated, the reciprocating impact power member drives the reciprocating impact guide member to drive the reciprocating impact head to carry out reciprocating impact punching, the reciprocating impact guide member comprises an upper impact guide member and a lower impact guide member, the raking driving member is supported by the inner riding wheel supporting member and/or the outer riding wheel supporting member, the raking rotary member is a raking through shaft, the raking through shaft is supported by a bearing disposed on the inner riding wheel supporting member and/or the outer riding wheel supporting member, and the raking rotary member is disposed at one end or both ends of the raking through shaft.

The excavator having the power box capable of reciprocating punching/raking/loading of  claim 2 , wherein the reciprocating impact power member comprises a crank shaft, a connecting rod and a guide connecting piece, the reciprocating impact guide member comprises an upper impact guide member and a lower impact guide member, the guide connecting piece is connected with the upper impact guide member and the lower impact guide member, the crank shaft drives the connecting rod to reciprocate, the connecting rod drives the guide connecting piece to reciprocate, a raking rotary oil thrower is disposed on the raking transmission member and/or the raking rotary member, the raking rotary oil thrower and the raking rotary member are separately connected or are integrated, the raking rotary oil thrower throws liquid in the reciprocating impact power box body to the reciprocating impact guide member, a sealing member, the guide riding wheel or the bearing, the liquid lubricates and cools the reciprocating impact guide member, the sealing member, the guide riding wheel or the bearing and lubricates the guide riding wheel, the reciprocating impact guide member, the bearing or the sealing member, which is located at the front portion of the guide connecting piece and cannot be lubricated due to the blockage of the guide connecting piece and the reciprocating impact guide member with the reciprocating impact power member at the connecting positions.

The excavator having the power box capable of reciprocating punching/raking/loading of  claim 2 , wherein the reciprocating impact power member comprises a crank shaft and a connecting rod, the reciprocating impact power box body comprises a riding wheel supporting member, a guide riding wheel is disposed on the riding wheel supporting member, the reciprocating impact guide member comprises an upper impact guide member and a lower impact guide member, the reciprocating impact guide member is supported and guided by the guide riding wheel, the upper impact guide member and the lower impact guide member stretch out from the reciprocating impact power box body to be connected with the reciprocating impact head, a reciprocating impact driving member drives the crank shaft to rotate, the crank shaft drives the connecting rod, the connecting rod drives the reciprocating impact guide member to reciprocate, the guide riding wheel supports the reciprocating impact guide member to reciprocate in a rolling frication manner, the reciprocating impact guide member drives the reciprocating impact head to carry out reciprocating impact punching, the crank shaft comprises a punching and raking power crank shaft, a crank shaft raking power member is disposed on the punching and raking power crank shaft, the crank shaft raking power member drives the raking transmission member, and the raking transmission member drives the raking rotary member to rotate.

The excavator having the power box capable of reciprocating punching/raking/loading of  claim 2 , wherein the reciprocating impact controller comprises a reciprocating impact driving member, the reciprocating impact power member comprises a crank shaft, a connecting rod and a reciprocating impact power transmission member, the reciprocating impact driving member drives the reciprocating impact power transmission member, the reciprocating impact power transmission member drives the crank shaft to rotate, a reciprocating impact transmission raking power member is disposed on the reciprocating impact power transmission member, the raking controller comprises a raking driving member and a raking transmission member, the reciprocating impact transmission raking power member drives the raking transmission member, the raking transmission member drives the raking rotary member to rotate, the raking driving member and the reciprocating impact driving member are integrated, and a directed raking clutch is disposed between the reciprocating impact power transmission member and the reciprocating impact transmission raking power member.
