Abstract

An insulator for a Mason jar that includes: a top; a main portion, where the top removably seals the main portion; and an opening within the main portion, where the opening receives the Mason jar. The top may cover a twist off lid of the Mason jar or alternatively simply cover the opening where the opening receives the entire Mason jar. Preferably, the insulator is made of a material that diminishes heat transfer such as foam rubber or Styrofoam.
