Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A beverage container, comprising:
 a label, the label including:
a plurality of perforated sections that are designed to be selectively removed, and
a plurality of indicia, each indicium in the plurality of indicia being located adjacent to a perforated section from the plurality of perforated sections, so that when a perforated section from the plurality of perforated sections is removed, an adjacent indicium from the plurality of indicia identifies the removed perforated section.

2 . A beverage container as in claim 1 wherein the beverage container is a water bottle.

3 . A beverage container as in claim 1 wherein the beverage container is a can.

4 . A beverage container as in claim 1 wherein each indicium is the plurality of indicia is a character.

5 . A beverage container as in claim 1 wherein each indicium is the plurality of indicia is a color section.

6 . A beverage container as in claim 1 wherein each indicium is the plurality of indicia is a shape.

         7 . A beverage container, comprising:
 a label, the label including:
a plurality of scratchable sections that are designed to be selectively removed, and
a plurality of indicia, each indicium in the plurality of indicia being integrated as part of a scratchable section from the plurality of scratchable sections, so that when a scratchable section from the plurality of scratchable sections is removed, this changes which indicia from the plurality of indicia are viewable.

8 . A beverage container as in claim 7 wherein each indicium from the plurality of indicia is visible until a scratchable section on which the indicium resides is scratched off.

9 . A beverage container as in claim 7 wherein each indicium from the plurality of indicia is not visible until a scratchable section under which the indicium resides is scratched off.

10 . A beverage container as in claim 7 wherein the beverage container is a water bottle.

11 . A beverage container as in claim 7 wherein the beverage container is a can.

12 . A beverage container as in claim 7 wherein each indicium is the plurality of indicia is a character.

13 . A beverage container as in claim 7 wherein each indicium is the plurality of indicia is a color section.

14 . A beverage container as in claim 7 wherein each indicium is the plurality of indicia is a shape.

         15 . A beverage container, comprising:
 a label, the label including:
a plurality of peel-off sections that are designed to be selectively removed and stuck to a new area on beverage container, and
a plurality of indicia, each indicium in the plurality of indicia being located on a peel-off section from the plurality of peel-off sections, so that when a peel-off section from the plurality of peel-off sections is removed and stuck to a new area on the beverage container, the indicium identifies the peel-off section that has been removed and stuck to the new area on the beverage container identifies the peel-off section that has been removed and stuck to the new area on the beverage container.

16 . A beverage container as in claim 15 wherein the beverage container is a water bottle.

17 . A beverage container as in claim 15 wherein the beverage container is a can.

18 . A beverage container as in claim 15 wherein each indicium is the plurality of indicia is a character.

19 . A beverage container as in claim 15 wherein each indicium is the plurality of indicia is a color section.

20 . A beverage container as in claim 15 wherein each indicium is the plurality of indicia is a shape.
