Bocce modifying game

Abstract

A bocce modifying game includes a bocce setup including a first bocce ball having a first color representing a first participant or team and a second bocce ball having a second color representing a second participant or team. The second color is different from the first color. Further included is a third bocce ball having a third color representing the first participant or team and a fourth color representing the second participant or team. The third bocce ball having the third color and the fourth color further includes a delineation separating the placement of the third color and the fourth color into two different colored halves. The first bocce ball, the second bocce ball and the third bocce ball are the same size. A target ball having a fifth color that is smaller in size than the first bocce ball, the second bocce ball and the third bocce ball.

The claims are as follows: 
     
         1 . A bocce modifying game, the bocce modifying game comprising:
 a bocce setup including:
 a first bocce ball assigned to a first participant or team; 
 a second bocce ball assigned to a second participant or team, wherein the first bocce ball and the second bocce ball are different colors; 
 a third bocce ball having a first color representing the first participant or team and a second color representing the second participant or team, wherein the third bocce ball includes a delineation separating the placement of the first color and the second color into two different colored halves, wherein the first bocce ball, the second bocce ball and the third bocce ball are the same size; and 
 a target ball that is smaller in size than the first bocce ball, the second bocce ball and the third bocce ball. 
   
     
     
         2 . The bocce modifying game of  claim 1 , wherein the first color and the second color each comprise 50% of the third bocce ball. 
     
     
         3 . The bocce modifying game of  claim 1 , wherein the target ball is half the size of the first bocce ball, the second bocce ball and the third bocce ball. 
     
     
         4 . The bocce modifying game of  claim 1 , wherein the first bocce ball, second bocce ball and the third bocce ball are inflatable or filled with liquid. 
     
     
         5 . The bocce modifying game of  claim 1 , wherein the target ball further includes a timer. 
     
     
         6 . The bocce modifying game of  claim 1 , wherein the first bocce ball, the second bocce ball and the third bocce ball are poly-sided. 
     
     
         7 . The bocce modifying game of  claim 1 , wherein the bocce setup further comprises a game playing area environment having a plurality of indicia located thereon. 
     
     
         8 . The bocce modifying game of  claim 1 , wherein the first bocce ball, second bocce ball and third bocce ball of the bocce setup are constructed out of a material selected from the group consisting of plastic, rubber, foam and ceramic.

         16 . A bocce kit comprising:
 a first bocce ball having a first color representing a first participant or team;   a second bocce ball having a second color representing a second participant or team, wherein said second color is different from the first color;   a third bocce ball having the first color representing the first participant or team and the second color representing the second participant or team, wherein the third bocce ball includes a delineation separating the placement of the first color and the second color into two different colored halves, wherein the first bocce ball, the second bocce ball and the third bocce ball are the same size; and   a target ball that is smaller in size than the first bocce ball, the second bocce ball and the third bocce ball.   
     
     
         17 . The kit of  claim 16 , wherein the first bocce ball and the second bocce ball are poly-sided. 
     
     
         18 . The kit of  claim 16 , wherein the first bocce ball having the first color, the second bocce ball having the second color or target ball further include pictures, graphics or alpha-numeric symbols. 
     
     
         19 . The kit of  claim 16 , wherein each of the two different colored halves of the third bocce ball each comprise 50% of the third bocce ball. 
     
     
         20 . The kit of  claim 16 , wherein the target ball further includes a timer. 
     
     
         21 . The kit of  claim 16 , wherein the first bocce ball, second bocce ball and third bocce are constructed out of a material selected from the group consisting of plastic, rubber, foam and ceramic. 
     
     
         22 . A bocce kit comprising:
 a first bocce ball having a first color representing a first participant or team and a second color representing a second participant or team, wherein the first color and the second color are delineated onto separate halves of the first bocce ball;   a second bocce ball having the first color representing the first participant or team and the second color representing a second participant or team, wherein the first color and the second color are delineated onto separate halves of the second bocce ball and wherein the first bocce ball and the second bocce ball are the same size; and   a target ball, wherein the target ball is smaller in size than the first bocce ball and the second bocce ball.   
     
     
         23 . The bocce kit of  claim 22 , wherein the first color and the second color each comprise 50% of the first bocce ball and the second bocce ball. 
     
     
         24 . The bocce kit of  claim 22 , wherein the first bocce ball and second bocce ball are poly-sided. 
     
     
         25 . The bocce kit of  claim 22 , wherein the first bocce ball and second bocce ball constructed out of a material selected from the group consisting of plastic, rubber, foam and ceramic. 
     
     
         26 . The bocce kit of  claim 22  wherein the first bocce ball and second bocce ball are inflatable or filled with liquid. 
     
     
         27 . The bocce kit of  claim 22 , wherein the first bocce ball is filled with a liquid and a floating die.
