Head Covering Holding Apparatus

Abstract

A head covering holding apparatus includes a post that has a top end and a bottom end. A base is attached to the bottom end and retains the post in a vertical orientation. A mount is positioned on the post between the top and bottom ends. Each of a plurality of head covering supports is removably engaged to the mount.

1 . A modular head covering assembly configured to receive and store head mountable objects, said assembly comprising:
 a post having a top end and a bottom end, a base attached to said bottom end and retaining said post in a vertical orientation;   a mount being positioned on said post between said top and bottom ends, wherein said mount includes a plurality of saddles, each saddle having a respective slot formed in an upper edge of said saddle, said slot being arcuate extending between lateral sides of said slot; and   a plurality of head covering supports, each of said head covering supports being removably engaged to said mount, wherein each of said head covering supports further includes
 an arm having a first end and a second end, a bracket being attached to said first end, said bracket including a downwardly extending plate, said downwardly extending plate being arcuate between lateral edges of said plate wherein said plate is removably extendable into said slot of a selectable one of said saddles, and 
 a holder being attached to said second end, said holder being configured to releasably receive a head covering, and said holder having a plurality of arcuate rods arranged radially wherein an upper half of said holder is a semi-spherical shape. 
   
     
     
         2 . The modular head covering assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein said post is telescopic and has an adjustable height. 
     
     
         3 . The modular head covering assembly according to  claim 1 , further comprising said saddles being equally spaced from each other and including at least three saddles, each of said head covering supports being removably engaged with one of said saddles. 
     
     
         4 . The modular head covering assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein said mount is movably coupled to said post such said mount is configured to be selectively positioned between said top and bottom ends.

         7 . The modular head covering assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein said holder is positioned vertically above said first end of said arm. 
     
     
         8 . The modular head covering assembly according to  claim 7 , wherein said holder has an apex positioned above said second end of said arm. 
     
     
         9 . The modular head covering assembly according to  claim 8 , wherein said holder comprises a sphere. 
     
     
         10 . The modular head covering assembly according to  claim 1 , further including a grip being attached to said top end of said post. 
     
     
         11 . The modular head covering assembly according to  claim 10 , wherein said grip comprising a hook configured to engage a rod or an upper edge of a door, said base being removable from said post. 
     
     
         12 . A modular head covering assembly configured to receive and store head mountable objects, said assembly comprising:
 a post having a top end and a bottom end, a base being removably attached to said bottom end and retaining said post in a vertical orientation, said post being telescopic and having an adjustable height;   a mount being positioned on said post between said top and bottom ends, said mount including a plurality of saddles, each saddle having a respective slot formed in an upper edge of said saddle, said slot being arcuate extending between lateral sides of said slot, said saddles being equally spaced from each other and including at least three saddles, said mount being movably coupled to said post such said mount is configured to be selectively positioned between said top and bottom ends;   a plurality of head covering supports, each of said head covering supports being removably engaged to said mount, each of said head covering supports including:
 an arm having a first end and a second end; 
 a bracket being attached to said first end, said bracket including a downwardly extending plate, said downwardly extending plate being arcuate between lateral edges of said plate wherein said plate is removably extendable into said slot of a selectable one of said saddles; 
 a holder being attached to said second end, said holder being configured to releasably receive a head covering, said holder having a plurality of arcuate rods arranged radially wherein an upper half of said holder is a semi-spherical shape, said holder being positioned vertically above said first end of said arm, said holder having an apex positioned above said second end of said arm, said second end being attached to a bottom side of said holder, said holder being removable from said arm, said holder comprising a sphere; and 
   a grip being attached to said top end of said post, said grip comprising a hook configured to engage a rod or an upper edge of a door.
