Paliurus ramosissimus (lour.) poir extract and preparation method and uses thereof

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of medicine, involving new uses of Paliurus ramosissimus (Lour) Poir. and its extract, in particular the use of Paliurus ramosissimus (Lour) Poir. and its extract in preparation of drugs with anti-fibrotic, anti-fungal, and anti-tumor activities, for the treatment of oral and digestive tract inflammation or (and) ulcer-related diseases, or with bi-directional immunomodulatory effects.

         37 . The use according to  claim 3 , wherein  Paliurus ramosissimus  is whole plant or any of roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits or the mixture of them. 
     
     
         38 . The use according to  claim 4 , wherein the  Paliurus Ramosissimus  extract is prepared by a method comprising extracting whole plant or any of roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits or the mixture of them with an organic solvent. 
     
     
         39 . The use according to  claim 38 , wherein the organic solvent includes methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, ethyl acetate and petroleum ether. 
     
     
         40 . The use according to  claim 38 , wherein the  Paliurus Ramosissimus  extract mainly comprises flavonoids, triterpenoids, alkaloids and coumarins. 
     
     
         41 . The use according to  claim 40 , wherein the  Paliurus Ramosissimus  extract mainly comprises: triterpenoids 2%-10.8%, flavonoids 10%-49.7%, alkaloids 2%-10.7% and coumarins 1%-18.6%. 
     
     
         42 .  Paliurus Ramosissimus  extract, wherein the extract mainly comprises triterpenoids, flavonoids, alkaloids and coumarins. 
     
     
         43 . The  Paliurus Ramosissimus  extract according to  claim 42 , wherein the extract mainly comprises: triterpenoids 2%-10.8%, flavonoids 10%-49.7%, alkaloids 2%-10.7% and coumarins 1%-18.6%. 
     
     
         44 . Use of  Paliurus ramosissimus  extract according to  claim 42  for the manufacture of a medicament for treating tumor.
