4 . The system according to claim 3 , wherein said second portion has a length between approximately 10 inches and 12 inches, said second portion having said rolls of toilet paper positioned thereon.

5 . A toilet paper holder system configured to hold rolls of toilet paper, said assembly comprising:
a support surface; two rolls of toilet paper; a dispenser coupled to said support surface, said dispenser receiving said rolls of toilet paper, said dispenser comprising:
a base having a front surface, a back surface and a peripheral surface extending therebetween, said back surface being coupled to said support surface; and
a rod having a first end and a second end, said rod having a bend thereon to define a first portion forming an angle with a second portion, said bend being positioned closer to said first end than said second end, said first end being coupled to said front surface such that said second portion is spaced from and extends along the support surface, said second portion having a length between approximately 10 inches and 12 inches, said second portion having said rolls of toilet paper positioned thereon such that a selected length of said rolls of toilet paper is removable from said rod.
