Abstract
A system for vehicle to another party communications that includes a vehicle personality module adapted to create a vehicle personality and a communications system that utilizes the created vehicle personality for one or more communications instead of a user's profile. The one or more communications are associated with one or more of an identifier and an icon representing the vehicle personality, with this identifier and/or icon sent with at least one communication and displayable to the recipient of the communication.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An infant health monitoring system in a vehicle comprising:
one or more in-vehicle sensors; an infant profile that at stored in a memory infant profile data from the one or more in-vehicle sensors; and an infant monitoring module, the infant monitoring module evaluating information from the one or more in-vehicle sensors and providing status information about the infant to a user of the vehicle.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the user is one or more of a vehicle driver, a vehicle passenger and one or more persons at a remote location.
3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the remote location is a home.
4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein a prediction module cooperates with the infant profile to predict supply usage for a trip.
5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein a prediction module cooperates with an advertising module to forward advertising information to one or more users.
6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein an application monitors the infant.
7 . The system of claim 1 , the one or more sensors include biometric sensors, a microphone, a camera, a video camera, a diaper sensor and a wearable sensor.
8 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the providing of status information is varied based on whether the infant is awake.
9 . The system of claim 1 , wherein one or more of an image and a video accompanies the status information.
10 . The system of claim 1 , wherein a context is determined and forwarded with the status information to a remote location.
11 . An in-vehicle infant health monitoring method comprising:
evaluating information from one or more in-vehicle sensors associated with the infant; and providing status information about the infant based on information obtained from the one or more in-vehicle sensors to a user of the vehicle.
12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the user is one or more of a vehicle driver, a vehicle passenger and one or more persons at a remote location.
13 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the remote location is a home.
14 . The method of claim 11 , wherein a prediction module cooperates with the infant profile to predict supply usage for a trip.
15 . The method of claim 11 , wherein a prediction module cooperates with an advertising module to forward advertising information to one or more users.
16 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the status information is provided one or more of audibly and visually to a user.
17 . The method of claim 11 , the one or more sensors include biometric sensors, a microphone, a camera, a video camera, a diaper sensor and a wearable sensor.
18 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the providing of status information is varied based on whether the infant is awake.
19 . The method of claim 11 , wherein one or more of an image and a video accompanies the status information.
20 . The method of claim 11 , wherein a context is determined and forwarded with the status information to a remote location.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
