42 : An isolated nucleic acid encoding an anti-FGFR4 antibody heavy chain variable domain or light chain variable domain, wherein said antibody comprises (a) HVR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; (b) HVR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2; (c) HVR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3; (d) HVR-L1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4; (e) HVR-L2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:5; and (f) HVR-L3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:6.
43 : The nucleic acid of claim 42 , wherein the antibody further comprises a light chain variable domain framework sequence of SEQ ID NO: 9, 10, 11 and/or 12.
44 : The nucleic acid of claim 42 , wherein the antibody further comprises a heavy chain variable domain framework sequence of SEQ ID NO: 12, 14, 15 and/or 16.

68 : A method of making an anti-FGFR4 antibody comprising a heavy chain variable domain and a light chain variable domain, said method comprising culturing a recombinant host cell transformed with a first vector comprising a nucleic acid encoding the heavy chain variable domain and a second vector comprising a nucleic acid encoding the light chain variable domain, wherein said antibody comprises (a) HVR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; (b) HVR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2; (c) HVR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3; (d) HVR-L1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4; (e) HVR-L2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:5; and (f) HVR-L3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:6.
