Claims

Abstract

An automatic adjustment device of a belt sander conveyer includes a conveying chassis. One end of the conveying chassis is provided with a first turning shaft assembly, and another end is provided with a second turning shaft assembly. Two ends of the first turning shaft assembly are connected with the conveying chassis through an elastic adjustment device, respectively. The outer sides of the second turning shaft assembly and the first turning shaft assembly are fitted with an abrasive belt. Through the adjustment of the prestressing force of the elastic adjustment device, the relative position of the first turning shaft and the conveying chassis can be adjusted quickly and the parallel orientation of the first turning shaft and the second turning shaft can be adjusted accordingly, such that the tension of the abrasive belt can be adjusted quickly.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An automatic adjustment device of a belt sander conveyer, comprising:
 a conveying chassis having a first axis and a second axis perpendicular to the first axis, the conveying chassis having a first section and a second section defined along two ends of the first axis, two opposing side walls of the first section being respectively formed with a groove, the groove being parallel to the first axis;   a first turning shaft assembly disposed at the first section of the conveying chassis, the first turning shaft assembly having two adjustment seats, the adjustment seats each having a protruding block, the protruding block being parallel to the first axis, the protruding block being secured in the groove, the adjustment seats being provided with a first adjustment member and a second adjustment member respectively, the first adjustment member and the second adjustment member being movable in the direction of the first axis respectively, the first adjustment member being connected with a first elastic member, the second adjustment member being connected with a second elastic member, the first elastic member and the second elastic member being connected with a first turning shaft, a first distance being defined between the first adjustment member and the first turning shaft, a first elasticity being stored toward the first turning shaft, a second distance being defined between the second adjustment member and the first turning shaft, a second elasticity being stored toward the first turning shaft;   a second turning shaft assembly disposed at the second section of the conveying chassis, the second turning shaft assembly being pivotally provided with a second turning shaft, the second turning shaft being connected with a motor to bring the second turning shaft to turn; and   an abrasive belt fitted on the first turning shaft and the second turning shaft;   wherein, the first adjustment member is used to adjust the first elastic member and the first elasticity and the second adjustment member is used to adjust the second elastic member and the second elasticity, so that the first turning shaft assembly can be adjusted quickly and parallel orientation of the first turning shaft assembly and the second turning shaft assembly can be adjusted accordingly so as to adjust tension of the abrasive belt quickly.   
     
     
         2 . The automatic adjustment device of a belt sander conveyer as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein one end of a first support rod is inserted through the first adjustment member, another end of the first support rod is sleeved with the first elastic member and connected with the first turning shaft, one end of a second support rod is inserted through the second adjustment member, and another end of the second support rod is sleeved with the second elastic member and connected with the second turning shaft. 
     
     
         3 . The automatic adjustment device of a belt sander conveyer as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the adjustment seats each have a first fixing board and a second fixing board in the direction of the second axis, the first fixing board is formed with a first through hole, the first adjustment member and the second adjustment member are inserted through the first through holes of the adjustment seats respectively, the second fixing board is formed with a second through hole, and the first support rod and the second support rod are inserted through the second through holes of the adjustment seats respectively. 
     
     
         4 . The automatic adjustment device of a belt sander conveyer as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein two ends of the first turning shaft are pivotally connected with shaft seats, the shaft seats are pivotally connected with the first support rod and the second support rod respectively and connected with the first elastic member and the second elastic member. 
     
     
         5 . The automatic adjustment device of a belt sander conveyer as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the first shaft seat and the second shaft seat have a first plane and a second plane facing the first elastic member and the second elastic member, respectively. 
     
     
         6 . The automatic adjustment device of a belt sander conveyer as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein a first washer is provided between the first adjustment member and the first elastic member, and a second washer is provided between the second adjustment member and the second elastic member. 
     
     
         7 . The automatic adjustment device of a belt sander conveyer as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the first elasticity and the second elasticity are in the range of 20 kgw to 30 kgw.
