Abstract

A multi-functional exercise equipment. The multi-functional exercise equipment may allow a user to perform various exercises and may comprise: one or more wall tracks, slide plate, floor tracks, and base plate. The wall tracks may be mounted on a substantially flat surface, and the slide plate may slidably engage with the wall tracks. The floor tracks may be mounted on a second substantially flat surface, and the base plate may be configured to slidably engage with the floor tracks. Attachment points may be provided onto various parts of the multi-functional exercise equipment to allow the user to connect pieces of stabilization equipment for performing various exercises.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A multi-functional exercise equipment, comprising:
 one or more wall tracks;   a slide plate; and   one or more pieces of stabilization equipment;   wherein said one or more wall tracks are configured to be mounted on a first substantially flat surface;   wherein said slide plate is configured to slidably engage with said one or more wall tracks and is configured to resistibly slide across said one or more wall tracks in a substantially linear motion;   wherein said slide plate comprises: one or more first attachment points, one or more rotational tracks, and one or more rotational rails;   wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment are configured to removeably attach to at least one of said one or more first attachment points;   wherein said one or more rotational rails are movably engaged with said one or more rotational tracks and are configured to move in a substantially rotational motion around said one or more rotational tracks;   wherein said moving of said one or more rotational rails around said one or more rotational tracks depends upon an adjustable rotating resistance;   wherein at least one of said one or more first attachment points are located on said one or more rotational rails, such that there is at least one rotational attachment point;   wherein said at least one rotational attachment point moves in said substantially rotational motion; and   wherein a user equipping said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment performs one or more exercises by moving said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment and said one or more rotational rails in said substantially rotational motion.   
     
     
         2 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 one or more floor tracks;   a base plate;   wherein said one or more floor tracks are configured to be mounted on a second substantially flat surface;   wherein said one or more floor tracks are configured to removeably attach to a first end of said one or more wall tracks, such that, said one or more floor tracks are substantially perpendicular to said one or more wall tracks;   wherein said base plate is configured to slidably engage with said one or more floor tracks and is configured to resistibly slide across said one or more floor tracks in a substantially linear motion;   wherein said base plate comprises: one or more second attachment points, a rotating base, and a first appendage securing mechanism;   wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment are configured to removeably attach to each of said one or more second attachment points;   wherein said first appendage securing mechanism of said rotating base is configured to secure one or more appendages of said user; and   wherein said first appendage securing mechanism and said rotating base is rotatably connected to said base plate, such that said first appendage securing mechanism is configured to rotate said one or more appendages of said user in one or more rotational degrees.   
     
     
         3 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 2 , wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment comprise:
 one or more resistance bands;   wherein a first end of each of said one or more resistance bands is configured to removeably attach to one of said one or more first attachment points and one of said one or more second attachment points;   wherein a second end of each of said one or more resistance bands are configured to attach to one or more connection points of another of said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment; and   wherein said one or more resistance bands are configured to add resistance to movement during said one or more exercises by said user.   
     
     
         4 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 1 , wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment comprise:
 a bench attachment;   wherein said bench attachment is configured to removeably attach to said slide plate via said one or more first attachment points; and   wherein said bench attachment is configured to provide a resistance when a force is applied to said bench attachment.   
     
     
         5 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 1 , wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment comprise:
 a core attachment;   wherein said core attachment comprises: a mount and a core stabilizer;   wherein said mount is configured to removeably attach to said first attachment plate via said one or more first attachment points;   wherein said core stabilizer moveably attaches to said mount and is configured to engage with a mid-body of said user; and   wherein said core stabilizer is configured to provide an upward angular resistance.   
     
     
         6 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 1 , wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment comprise:
 at least one pole;   wherein said at least one pole is configured to removeably attach to one of said one or more first attachment points and one of said one or more second attachment points; and   wherein said at least one pole is configured to provide a support to said user when said user performs said one or more exercises.   
     
     
         7 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 1 , wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment comprises:
 a hand stabilizer;   wherein said hand stabilizer is configured to receive and secure a hand of said user and is configured to prevent a finger movement of said hand of said user.   
     
     
         8 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 1 , wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment comprises:
 a foot stabilizer;   wherein said foot stabilizer is configured to receive and secure a foot of said user and is configured to prevent an ankle movement of said foot of said user.   
     
     
         9 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 1 , wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment comprises:
 an arm restraint;   wherein said arm restraint is configured to removeably attach to an arm of said user and is configured to removeably attach to said second end of said one or more resistance bands.   
     
     
         10 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 1 , wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment comprises:
 a thigh restraint;   wherein said thigh restraint is configured to removeably attach to a thigh of said user and is configured to removeably attach to said second end of said one or more resistance bands.   
     
     
         11 . A multi-functional exercise equipment, comprising:
 one or more wall tracks;   a slide plate; and   one or more pieces of stabilization equipment;   wherein said one or more wall tracks are configured to be mounted on a substantially flat surface;   wherein said slide plate is configured to slidably engage with said one or more wall tracks and is configured to resistibly slide across said one or more wall tracks in a substantially linear motion;   wherein a flat sliding movement of said slide plate is configured to lock, such that said slide plate does not slide;   wherein said slide plate comprises: one or more first attachment points, one or more rotational tracks, and one or more rotational rails;   wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment are configured to removeably attach to at least one of said one or more first attachment points;   wherein said one or more rotational rails is movably engaged with said one or more rotational tracks and is configured to move in a substantially rotational motion around said one or more rotational tracks;   wherein said moving of said one or more rotational rails around said one or more rotational tracks depends upon an adjustable rotating resistance;   wherein at least one of said one or more first attachment points is located on said one or more rotational rails, such that there is at least one rotational attachment point;   wherein said at least one rotational attachment point moves in said substantially rotational motion;   wherein a user equipping said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment performs one or more exercises by moving said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment and said one or more rotational rails in said substantially rotational motion; and   wherein at least one of a remaining one or more first attachment points are located on said slide plate and is configured to connect to said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment, such that said slide plate may be moved in said substantially linear motion.   
     
     
         12 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 11 , further comprising:
 one or more floor tracks;   a base plate; and   one or more second attachment points;   wherein said one or more floor tracks are configured to be mounted on a second substantially flat surface;   wherein said one or more floor tracks are configured to removeably attach to a first end of said one or more wall tracks, such that, said one or more floor tracks are substantially perpendicular to said one or more wall tracks;   wherein said base plate is configured to slidably engage with said one or more floor tracks and is configured to resistibly slide across said one or more floor tracks in a substantially linear motion;   wherein said linear sliding movement of said base plate is configured to lock, such that said base plate does not slide;   wherein said base plate comprises: one or more second attachment points, a rotating base, and a first appendage securing mechanism;   wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment are configured to removeably attach to each of said one or more second attachment points; and   wherein said first appendage securing mechanism of said rotating base is configured to secure one or more appendages of said user.   
     
     
         13 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 11 , wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment comprise:
 one or more resistance bands;   wherein a first end of each of said one or more resistance bands is configured to removeably attach to one of said one or more first attachment points and one of said one or more second attachment points;   wherein a second end of each of said one or more resistance bands are configured to attach to one or more connection points of said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment; and   wherein said one or more resistance bands are configured to add resistance to movement during said one or more exercises by said user.   
     
     
         14 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 11 , wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment comprise:
 a bench attachment;   wherein said bench attachment is configured to removeably attach to said slide plate via said one or more first attachment points; and   wherein said bench attachment is configured to provide a resistance when a force is applied to said bench attachment.   
     
     
         15 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 11 , wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment comprise:
 a core attachment;   wherein said core attachment comprises: a mount and a core stabilizer;   wherein said mount is configured to removeably attach to said first attachment plate via said one or more first attachment points;   wherein said core stabilizer moveably attaches to said mount and is configured to engage with a mid-body of said user; and   wherein said core stabilizer is configured to provide an upward angular resistance.   
     
     
         16 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 11 , wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment comprise:
 at least one pole;   wherein said at least one pole is configured to removeably attach to one of said one or more first attachment points and one of said one or more second attachment points;   wherein said at least one pole is configured to provide a support to said user when said user performs said one or more exercises.   
     
     
         17 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 11 , wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment comprise:
 a hand stabilizer;   wherein said hand stabilizer is configured to receive and secure a hand of said user and is configured to prevent a finger movement of said hand of said user.   
     
     
         18 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 11 , wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment comprise:
 a foot stabilizer;   wherein said foot stabilizer is configured to receive and secure a foot of said user and is configured to prevent an ankle movement of said foot of said user.   
     
     
         19 . The multi-functional exercise equipment of  claim 11 , wherein said one or more pieces of stabilization equipment comprise:
