Pre-tied necktie

Abstract

A pre-tied necktie includes first, second, third and fourth strips of necktie fabrics, respectively having a first neck portion and a second neck portion. The first and second neck portions are attached together to form a first neck band and the third and fourth neck portions are attached together to form a second neck band. In addition, the pre-tied necktie further includes a fastening means to fasten the first and second neck bands to tie the pre-tied necktie around a user's neck. The first and third tails are tied together to form a first knot and the second and fourth tails are tied together to form a second knot. A third, knot may be formed below the first and second knots by tying the strips. The first, second, and third knots are V-shaped tapering upward.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A pre-tied necktie, comprising;
 a first strip of necktie fabric having a first neck portion and a first tail;   a second strip of necktie fabric having a second neck portion and a second tail;   a third strip of necktie fabric having a third neck portion and a third tail;   a fourth strip of necktie fabric having a fourth neck portion and a fourth tail; and   a fastening means,   
       wherein the first and second neck portions are attached together to form a first neck band, 
       wherein the third and fourth neck portions are attached together to form a second neck band, 
       wherein the fastening means fastens the first and second neck bands to tie the pre-tied necktie around a user's neck, 
       wherein the first and third tails are tied together to form a first knot, 
       wherein the second and fourth tails are tied together to form a second knot. 
     
     
         2 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 1 , wherein the first and second knots are V-shaped tapering downward. 
     
     
         3 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 1 , wherein the first and third tails are tied to the second and fourth tails to form a third knot,
 wherein the first and second knots are side by side and the third knot is below the first and second knots.   
     
     
         4 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 3 , wherein the first, second, and third knots are V-shaped tapering downward. 
     
     
         5 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 3 , wherein the first, second, and third knots are V-shaped tapering upward. 
     
     
         6 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 5 , further comprising a first knot cover, a second knot cover, and a third knot cover wherein the first, second, and third knot covers respectively cover the first, second and third knots to form a V-shape tapering upward. 
     
     
         7 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 6 , wherein the first, second, and third knot covers have a cover fastening means. 
     
     
         8 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 7 , wherein the first and fastening means is a snap fastener. 
     
     
         9 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 1 , wherein the fastening means is a hook and loop fastener. 
     
     
         10 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 1 , wherein the first and second knots are made in Windsor fashion. 
     
     
         11 . A pre-tied necktie, comprising:
 a first strip of necktie fabric having a first neck portion and a first tail;   a second strip of necktie fabric having a second neck portion and a second tail;   a third strip of necktie fabric having a third neck portion and a third tail;   a fourth strip of necktie fabric having a fourth neck portion and a fourth tail; and   a fastening means,   
       wherein the first and second neck portions are attached together to form a first neck band, 
       wherein the third and fourth neck portions are attached together to form a second neck band, 
       wherein the fastening means fastens the first and second neck bands to tie the pre-tied necktie around a user's neck, 
       wherein the first and second tails are tied to the third and fourth tails to form a first knot. 
     
     
         12 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 11 , wherein the first and third tails are tied together to form a second knot and the second and fourth tails are tied together to form a third knot,
 wherein the second and third knots are side by side and the first knot is above the second and third knots.   
     
     
         13 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 12 , wherein the first, second, and third knots are V-shaped tapering upward. 
     
     
         14 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 13 , further comprising a first knot cover, a second, knot cover, and a third knot cover wherein the first, second, and third knot covers respectively cover the first, second and third knots to font a V-shape tapering upward. 
     
     
         15 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 12 , wherein the first, second and third knots are made in Windsor fashion. 
     
     
         16 . A pre-tied necktie, comprising:
 a first strip of necktie fabric having a first neck portion and a first tail;   a second strip of necktie fabric having a second neck portion and a second tail;   a third strip of necktie fabric having a third neck portion and a third tail;   a fourth strip of necktie fabric having a fourth neck portion and a fourth tail; and   a fastening means,   
       wherein the first and second neck portions are attached together to form a first neck band, 
       wherein the third and fourth neck portions are attached together to form a second neck band, 
       wherein the fastening means fastens the first and second neck bands to tie the pre-tied necktie around a user's neck, 
       wherein the first and second tails are tied together to form a first knot, 
       wherein the third and fourth tails are tied together to form a second knot. 
     
     
         17 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 16 , further comprising a third knot wherein the third knot is between the first and second knots. 
     
     
         18 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 17 , wherein the first and second, and third knots are V-shaped tapering upward. 
     
     
         19 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 18 , further comprising a first knot cover, a second knot, cover, and a third knot-cover wherein the first, second,, and third knot covers respectively cover the first, second and third knots to form a V-shape tapering upward. 
     
     
         20 . The pre-tied necktie of  claim 17 , wherein the first, second and third knots are made in Windsor fashion.
