2 . The method of claim 1 where the incorporating step is comprised of:
deriving pixel data from the customizing data; and
calculating replacement pixel data in the selected region of the dynamic frame by combining the derived pixel data values with the pixel data values in the selected region of the dynamic frame; and
replacing the pixel data within the selected region with the calculated pixel data.

3 . The method of claim 2 where the deriving pixel data step is further comprised of:
using data representing a pre-determined geometric mapping from the customizing data to the selected region corresponding to the template video clip to convert the customizing data that represents an apparently two dimensional item into data representing an apparent three dimensional object that appears upon rendering and display to reside within the selected region.

4 . The method of claim 1 wherein the customizing data is comprised of a video data.

5 . The method of claim 1 wherein the customizing data is comprised of an image.

6 . The method of claim 1 wherein the customizing data is comprised of a text string.

7 . The method of claim 1 wherein the incorporating step is executed concurrently for a plurality of video clips with a corresponding plurality of customizing data.

8 . The method of claim 5 further comprising:
verifying that the image is not larger than a predetermined threshold size in pixels.

9 . The method of claim 6 further comprising:
verifying that the text string is not longer than a predetermined length in character count.

10 . The method of claim 6 further comprising:
verifying that the text string does not contain a word of greater than a predetermined threshold length in character count, said predetermined threshold length corresponding to the selected video clip.

11 . The method of claim 6 further comprising:
verifying that the text string does not contain profane or offensive messages.

12 . The method of claim 1 further comprising:
reading from a data structure representing a job list a value representing the state of no pending jobs and in dependence on such value, setting the state of the role value to the state of scheduler.

13 . A computer system comprised of at least one central processing unit connected to at least one data storage device, said system for generating data representing a video clip that is a customization of a pre-existing selected video clip, the system comprising:
a data storage module comprised of data representing at least one template video clip, each of said template video clips being comprised of a set of frames, a predetermined sub-set of which are designated static frames and a predetermined sub-set of which are designated dynamic frames; a role setting module comprised of logic configured to retrieve from a data structure a role value representing either the state of being at least one of a scheduling server or a rendering server, determine if the role value represents being a rendering server, and in dependence on such determination being true, causing a server comprising the computer system to customize at least one of the stored template video clips; a data storage module comprised of customizing data wherein said customizing data represents visual features usable to modify the selected template video clip; a generating module comprised of logic configured to generate a customized version of the selected video clip by: retrieving from computer memory data representing a selected region within the dynamic frames of the selected video clip to be used for incorporating the customizing data; incorporating the customizing data into the video data within the selected region comprising the dynamic frames; and a data storage module configured to store the data representing the customized video clip.

14 . The system of claim 13 where the generating module is further configured to:
derive pixel data from the customizing data; and
calculate replacement pixel data in the selected region of the dynamic frame by combining the derived pixel data with the pixel data values in the selected region of the dynamic frame; and
replace the pixel data within the selected region with the calculated pixel data.

15 . The system of claim 14 where the generating module is further configured to:
use data representing a pre-determined geometric mapping from the customizing data to the selected region corresponding to the selected template video clip to convert the customized data that represents an apparently two dimensional item into data representing an apparent three dimensional object that appears upon rendering and display to reside within the selected region.
