Abstract
The present invention depicts systems and methods for utilizing sensors and other means that are able to track a User, and grasp his pattern of food intake (e.g., the volume, Calories, content, and other attributes of food entities), Calories outtake, and online network capabilities for tracking the balance of User Calories and other nutritional attributes.

1 . A method for providing a computerized nutritional and calorie balance control service for a user, comprising:
(i) at least one mean for calories intake analysis based on a combination of sensor and non-sensor originated information; (ii) at least one mean for estimating calorie expenditure of said user by integrating (a) an estimation of the user basal metabolic rate using non-user specific formulations, (b) user specific anatomical and health information, and (c) sensor based data tracking body activity; (iii) at least one mean of measuring said user body weight differences over a period of time; (iv) calculating calorie balance deviation over said period of time; and (v) formulating a user specific basal metabolic rate based at least partially on said calorie balance deviation over said period of time.
2 . The method for providing a computerized nutritional and calorie balance control service for a user of claim 1 , wherein user specific anatomical and health information includes at least one of:
a) User BMI; b) User % fat in body; c) User % muscles in body; d) Circumference of waist, hip, forearm, neck and other body organs; e) Lean Body Mass of the User; and f) User Gender, Height Weight and Age.
3 . The method for providing a computerized nutritional and calorie balance control service for a user of claim 1 , wherein user specific anatomical and health information includes at least one of:
a) User health data related to thyroid functionality; and b) User health data related to glucose levels and/or insulin resistance.
4 . The method for providing a computerized nutritional and calorie balance control service for a user of claim 1 , wherein user specific anatomical and health information includes at least one of:
a) User rest heart rate and its changes as a function of body activity; b) User rest blood pressure and its changes as function of body activity; and c) User body temperature and its changes as a function of body activity.
5 . The method for providing a computerized nutritional and calorie balance control service for a user of claim 1 , wherein user specific anatomical and health information includes genetic related information.
6 . A method for monitoring liquid balancing comprising:
at least one means for user identification; at least one means for measuring ambient temperature and humidity; at least one means for determining physical activity; at least one means for consumption analysis providing at least one of volume and weight; at least one means for computing the at least one liquid type that has been consumed by the user,
wherein the at least one means for liquid balancing is at least partially based on counting a number and length of time of swallows by the user; and
