Wireless monitoring system with activity manager for monitoring user activity
Abstract
A system is disclosed that uses telemetry data based on a user habit information or user monitoring. A user monitoring device has a unique user ID. The monitoring device acquires user information selected from of at least one of, a user's activities, behaviors and habit information, and user monitoring. ID circuitry is at the user monitoring device. The ID circuitry includes ID storage, a communication system that reads and transmits the unique ID from ID storage, a power source and a pathway system to route signals through the circuitry. A telemetry system is in communication with the user monitoring device. The telemetry system includes a database of user ID's. The telemetry system is in communication with the user monitoring device. An activity manager is provided is used with the other elements to manage lifestyle activities of the user.

1 . A system for using a motion detection system, comprising:
a monitoring device with a unique user ID, the monitoring device including a microphone;
ID circuitry at the user monitoring device, the ID circuitry including a pathway system to route signals through the circuitry;
motion detection apparatus configured to detect a user's movement information, the motion detection apparatus and the monitoring system configured to assist to determine a user's sleep information and sleep behavior information, the microphone configured to record user movement sounds detected by the motion detection apparatus, the motion detection apparatus configured to cause the microphone to stop recording user movement sounds when the movement sounds are not directed to a sleep related parameter;
a telemetry system in communication with the user monitoring device, the telemetry system including a database of user ID's, the telemetry system in communication with the user monitoring device, the telemetry analyzing telemetry data received from the monitoring device and creating personalized information about the user; and
an activity manager at the monitoring device, the telemetry system or is separate from each and used for monitoring one or more of respiration, heart beat and user motion.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the activity manager in operation associates one or more contexts of one or more of respiration, heart beat and user motion.
3 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the one or more contexts is selected from at least one of type of one or more of respiration, heart beat and user motion.
4 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising:
one or more sensors at the monitoring.
5 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the one or more sensors is ambient condition sensor.
6 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising:
a user interface at the telemetry system.
7 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the user interface includes an entry field to enter a name of an activity.
8 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the activity manager in operation manages and monitors one or more of respiration, heart beat and user motion.
9 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the activity manager in operation provides a user reminder when to use of the motion detection apparatus.
10 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the activity manager in operation provides for a third party to selected when to use the motion detection apparatus.
11 . The system of claim 1 , wherein system provides for a monitoring of environmental conditions.
12 . The system of claim 14 , wherein in response to information from the monitoring of motion detection apparatus an alert can be provided to a third party.
13 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the system is configured to be in communication with a mobile device.
14 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the system provides a prompt when to activate the motion detection apparatus.
15 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the system includes an activity profile database.
16 . The system of claim 20 , wherein the activity manager includes a database for one or more of user respiration, heartbeat and motion.
