Hair straightener
Abstract
A hair straightener includes a power cord, a control circuit board, an upper shell, a bottom shell, an electric hot plate and a heat-conductive brush head. The upper shell and the bottom shell are fastened together with a first accommodation chamber defined therein. The bottom shell defines an opening. The control circuit board, the electric hot plate and the heat-conductive brush head are accommodated in the first accommodation chamber. The heat-conductive brush head has a heat-transfer plate attached to the back side thereof. The electric hot plate is mounted on the heat-transfer plate. The heat-conductive brush head has a plurality of heat-transfer brush teeth located on the front side thereof.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A hair straightener, comprising:
an upper shell and a bottom shell fastened together with a first accommodation chamber defined therein, said bottom shell comprising an opening located on one end thereof, said upper shell providing an button; a control circuit board mounted inside said first accommodation chamber; an electric hot plate mounted inside said first accommodation chamber; a heat-conductive brush head mounted in said first accommodation chamber, said heat-conductive brush head comprising a front side, an back side and a plurality of heat-transfer brush teeth forwardly extended from the front side thereof, each said heat-transfer brush tooth having a free end thereof extended out of said opening of said bottom shell and terminating in a heat insulation tip, the heat-conductive brush head having a heat-transfer plate, said heat-transfer plate fixedly mounted on the back side of said heat-conductive brush and fixedly supporting said electric hot plate on a back side thereof; and a power cord; wherein said button, said electric hot plate and said power cord are respectively electrically coupled to said control circuit board.
2 . The hair straightener as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said heat-conductive brush head further comprises a plurality of anti-scald brush teeth forwardly extended from the front side thereof around the plurality of heat-transfer brush teeth.
3 . The hair straightener as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising an electric hot plate gland cover disposed inside said first accommodation chamber and fixedly covered on the back side of said heat-conductive brush head; said electric hot plate is set between said electric hot plate gland cover and said heat-conductive brush head.
4 . The hair straightener as claimed in claim 3 further comprising a heat insulation cover disposed inside said first accommodation chamber and connected with said heat-conductive brush head to define a second accommodation chamber therein; said heat-transfer plate, said electric hot plate and said electric hot plate gland cover are accommodated in said second accommodation chamber.
5 . The hair straightener as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said upper shell comprises an ornamental frame mounted around the periphery thereof; said button is fixedly mounted on said ornamental frame.
6 . The hair straightener as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a temperature indicator and a temperature probe, wherein said temperature probe is mounted in said heat-transfer plate and electrically coupled to said control circuit board; said upper shell comprises a groove located on an outside wall thereof; said temperature indicator is fixedly mounted in said groove of said upper shell and electrically coupled to said control circuit board.
7 . The hair straightener as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said bottom shell has one end thereof terminating in a handheld end and disposed remote from said opening; said heat-conductive brush head comprises an anti-scald strip disposed adjacent to said handheld end of said bottom shell.
8 . The hair straightener as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said heat-conductive brush head and said opening respectively have an oval shape; said heat insulation tip of each said heat-transfer brush tooth is a silicon rubber heat insulation tip.
9 . The hair straightener as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said plurality of heat-transfer brush teeth comprises multiple rows of first said heat-transfer brush teeth and multiple row of second said heat-transfer brush teeth, the lengths of said second said heat-transfer brush teeth that extend out of said opening being shorter than the lengths of said first said heat-transfer brush teeth that extend out of said opening, each said row of said second said heat-transfer brush teeth being disposed between two said rows of said first said heat-transfer brush teeth.
10 . The hair straightener as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said heat-conductive brush head comprises a convex surface portion located on a front middle part thereof.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
