Abstract

A helice launcher system comprising a frame with wheels and that has an electrical cabinet on top. A swinging carriage with two motions: one pivoting one that makes it move upwards and downwards and another movement that makes it come closer and move away, on which an automatic loader is arranged where the helices are loaded, which are housed inside the head made up of a circular platform, on which a tip rises arranged in the centre thereof and a pair of retractable pins distributed symmetrically and at an equal distance from the centre. An additional portion corresponding to the independent loader with a gripping groove at the rear end of the loader, where the automatic loader and the independent loader are integral through a number of connecting rods curved towards the ground, the independent loader being covered with a case that is removed manually in order to free the inner area where up to 45 helices are stored and at the end of which a case opening sensor is located. And lastly, it is provided with a safety system formed of a crescent-shaped guide with a dead point.

A helice launcher system comprising a frame with wheels, and having an electrical cabinet on top, said frame supporting a swinging trolley with a safety system for the cam that lifts and lowers it, with two motions: a pivoting one making it move upwards and downwards and another movement making it come closer and move away, an automatic loader where a helice is loaded in order to be launched, an additional portion corresponding to the independent loader with a gripping groove at the rear end of the loader, the automatic loader and the independent loader being integral through a number of connecting rods curved towards the ground, the independent loader being covered with a case that is manually removed in order to free the inner area where the helices are stored and at the lower end of which a case opening sensor is located, the automatic loader of which being able to rotate up to 55° through the slot in the arm that lifts it and having a head on top of it made up of a circular platform, on which a tip rises arranged in the centre thereof, having the recessed concave and convex portion and at least one retractable pin distributed symmetrically and at an equal distance from the centre. 
     
     
         2 . The helice launcher system, according to  claim 1 , comprising an electrical cabinet inside which the boards that regulate the voltage and frequency are located, the circuit boards that need to be cooled being placed under a very thick lid, the inner portion of which is bordered with grates enabling air to pass through into the housing, the aforementioned lid resting on a perimeter and concentric rim covered in rubber and extending over the inner edge of the cabinet and the lid being complete with hinges and closing and holding elements. 
     
     
         3 . The helice launcher system, according to  claim 1 , comprising the tip of the head that has a concave portion recessed and smoothed down in the ramp forming the tip with the connecting ring with the platform, and a convex portion where a hollow has been made in the upper portion of the tip and the curve that it forms from the tip until it reaches the lower ring has been recessed and smoothed down.

The helice launcher system, according to  claim 1 , comprising the automatic loader positioned over the independent loader and enabling the head to load the helices with these motions: a pivoting one making it move upwards and downwards and another movement making it come closer and move away, being carried out through a cam that moves through the inside of a guide having a crescent-shaped slot and a bend at one end, in such a way that when the shaft moves inside the guide, the arms of the trolley come closer and move away, and upon reaching the bend continues to rotate but without moving. 
     
     
         5 . The helice launcher system, according to  claim 1 , comprising a spring that pulls on the base of the pin and pushes it into the hole where it is housed and moving it towards the upper portion of the platform in which they are contained, it being secured on the base of the platform and exerting sufficient force on the pin so that the lightest pressure exerted by the helice on the spring whilst it is being positioned translates into the aforementioned pin retracting, and when the helice starts to rotate and is repositioned appropriately, the pin protrudes again above the platform and holds the helice appropriately. 
     
     
         6 . The helice launcher system, according to  claim 1 , comprising a head that reaches an elevation of 55° with a new arm having a slot that moves the arm upwards 10° more in its common movement with the spring that blocks the arm and head.
