Abstract
A composition comprising a double-stranded DNA filament having a plurality of single-species of oligonucleotide and chain terminator units, and a method for forming such filaments are disclosed. The oligonucleotide include a first segment, a second segment, pre-determined lengths, and pre-adjusted ratios of A:T/G:C between 1% and 50%. The chain terminator units include nucleotides of the first or second segment.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A composition comprising a double-stranded DNA filament, the filament comprised of:
a plurality of single-species of oligonucleotide, the oligonucleotide comprising:
a first segment;
a second segment;
pre-determined lengths; and
pre-adjusted ratios of A:T/G:C between 1% and 50%; and
chain terminator units, the chain terminator units comprising:
nucleotides of the first or second segment.
2 . The composition of claim 1 , the single-species of oligonucleotide comprised of 8 to 26 oligonucleotides.
3 . The composition of claim 1 , the first and second segments being palindromic to on another.
4 . The composition of claim 1 , the first and second segments being self-complementary.
5 . The composition of claim 1 , the first and second segments being the same length.
6 . The composition of claim 1 , the first and second segments being of different length.
7 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein each strand of the double-stranded DNA filament is substantially contiguous.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
