Abstract

The present invention relates to the combination therapy of antibodies against human CSF-1R with a TLR9 agonist.

1 . A composition comprising an antibody which binds to human CSF-1R and a Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) agonist. 
     
     
         2 . The composition of  claim 1 , wherein the antibody does not bind to human CSF-1R fragment delD4 (SEQ ID NO: 65). 
     
     
         3 . The composition of  claim 1 , wherein the antibody comprises
 a) a heavy chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:7 and a light chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:8,   b) a heavy chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:15 and a light chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:16;   c) a heavy chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:75 and a light chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:76;   d) a heavy chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:83 and a light chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:84;   e) a heavy chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:23 and a light chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:24, or   f) a heavy chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:31 and a light chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:32, or   g) a heavy chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:39 and a light chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:40, or   h) a heavy chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:47 and a light chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:48, or   i) a heavy chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:55 and a light chain variable domain comprising SEQ ID NO:56.   
     
     
         4 . The antibody of  claim 1 , wherein the antibody comprises
