Group messaging for facilitating interactions between users

Abstract

A group messaging relationship establishment method is provided. The method includes determining, by a web server, whether a number of comments relating to information exceeds a predetermined first numerical threshold within a predefined first time period, in response to the number of comments relating to the information exceeding the predetermined first numerical threshold within the predefined first time period, establishing a corresponding instant messaging group relating to the information, and recording a unique identifier information for the instant messaging group relating to the information.

         2 . A method, comprising:
 receiving an information web page browsing request sent by a browser of a client, the information web page browsing request including a unique identifier information corresponding to an instant messaging group relating to common information;   loading portal information of the instant messaging group relating to the common information onto an information web page based on the unique identifier information; and   pushing the portal information loaded onto the information web page to the browser of the client for display.   
     
     
         3 . The method as described in  claim 1 , wherein the portal information includes a hyperlink generated based on the unique identifier information. 
     
     
         4 . The method as described in  claim 1 , wherein the common information relates to a news story, a topic, or a product. 
     
     
         5 . A system, comprising:
 a processor; and   a memory coupled with the processor, wherein the memory is configured to provide the processor with instructions which when executed cause the processor to:
 receive an information web page browsing request sent by a browser of a client, the information web page browsing request including a unique identifier information corresponding to an instant messaging group relating to common information; 
 load portal information of the instant messaging group relating to the common information onto an information web page based on the unique identifier information; and 
 push the portal information loaded onto the information web page to the browser of the client for display. 
   
     
     
         6 . A computer program product being embodied in a non-transitory computer readable medium and comprising computer instructions for:
 receiving an information web page browsing request sent by a browser of a client, the information web page browsing request including a unique identifier information corresponding to an instant messaging group relating to common information;   loading portal information of the instant messaging group relating to the common information onto an information web page based on the unique identifier information; and   pushing the portal information loaded onto the information web page to the browser of the client for display.   
     
     
         7 . A method, comprising:
 transmitting an information web page browsing request to a web server to load portal information of the instant messaging group relating to common information to an information web page based on a unique identifier information, the information web page browsing request including the unique identifier information corresponding to an instant messaging group relating to the common information; and   displaying the portal information, received from the web server, loaded onto the information web page.   
     
     
         8 . The method as described in  claim 7 , wherein the common information relates to a news story, a topic, or a product. 
     
     
         9 . The method as described in  claim 7 , wherein the transmitting of the information web page browsing request is activated by entering a uniform resource locator (URL) in a browser. 
     
     
         10 . The method as described in  claim 7 , wherein the portal information includes a hyperlink generated based on the unique identifier information. 
     
     
         11 . The method as described in  claim 7 , further comprising:
 in the event that a user of a browser of a client clicks on the portal information:
 determining whether the user of the browser of the client is logged into an instant messaging utility; and 
 in the event that the user is logged into the instant messaging utility, accessing the instant messaging group based on the unique identifier information. 
   
     
     
         12 . The method as described in  claim 7 , further comprising:
 in the event that a user of a browser of a client clicks on the portal information:
 determining whether the user of the browser of the client is logged into an instant messaging utility; and 
 in the event that the user is not logged into the instant messaging utility, displaying a login page for the instant messaging utility. 
   
     
     
         13 . The method as described in  claim 7 , further comprising:
 in the event that a user of a browser of a client clicks on the portal information:
 determining whether the user of the browser of the client is logged into an instant messaging utility; and 
 in the event that the user is not logged in to the instant messaging utility:
 activating an instant messaging client via an operating system of the client; and 
 displaying a login page on the instant messaging client. 
 
   
     
     
         14 . A system, comprising:
 a processor; and   a memory coupled with the processor, wherein the memory is configured to provide the processor with instructions which when executed cause the processor to:
 transmit an information web page browsing request to a web server to load portal information of the instant messaging group relating to common information to an information web page based on a unique identifier information, the information web page browsing request including the unique identifier information corresponding to an instant messaging group relating to the common information; and 
 display the portal information, received from the web server, loaded onto the information web page. 
   
     
     
         15 . A computer program product being embodied in a non-transitory computer readable medium and comprising computer instructions for:
 transmitting an information web page browsing request to a web server to load portal information of the instant messaging group relating to common information to an information web page based on a unique identifier information, the information web page browsing request including the unique identifier information corresponding to an instant messaging group relating to the common information; and   displaying the portal information, received from the web server, loaded onto the information web page.
