Abstract
An apparatus and system to use the lavatory or toilet without sitting directly on the toilet, which may be rampant with infectious diseases, dirt, feces, or other unwanted viruses, bacterial, or materials.

1 . A portable sanitized toilet seat ( 10 ), comprising:
a seat ( 150 ) having a seat base ( 20 ); said seat ( 150 ) having a seat top ( 30 ); said seat ( 150 ) having a seat aperture ( 40 ).
2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising:
two opposed hinges ( 130 ) that allow the seat ( 150 ) to fold into a ½ configuration.
3 . The apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising:
four hinges ( 130 ) placed to divide said seat ( 150 ) in substantially equal quarters so that said seat ( 150 ) may be folded into a ¼ configuration.
4 . The apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a grip pad ( 80 ) disposed on said seat base ( 20 ) to prevent said seat ( 150 ) from slipping on a toilet seat.
5 . The portable sanitized toilet seat ( 10 ) having a handle ( 90 ) removably disposed thereon.
6 . The apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a carry bag with handle ( 100 ) to house said and transport said portable sanitized toilet seat ( 10 ).
