A hairbrush with the filaments of nylon 6, nylon 612, or synthetic hairs. The hairbrush is specifically manufactured for baby hairs. The nylon bristles are soft enough to be brushed on the face without pain or damage to the hairline.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An edge styling hairbrush, comprising:
an elongate slender handle; a brush head attached to an end of the elongate slender handle; and a plurality of bristles extending from a front surface of the brush head, wherein the bristles are selected so as to avoid irritating the skin along a user's hairline.
2 . The edge styling hairbrush of claim 1 , wherein the bristles are comprised of nylon.
3 . The edge styling hairbrush of claim 2 , wherein the bristles are comprised of a combination of nylon 6 and nylon 612.
4 . The edge styling hairbrush of claim 3 , wherein the brush head has a generally pentagonal shape.
5 . The edge styling hairbrush of claim 4 , wherein brush head has a generally rectangular portion proximal to the brush handle and a generally triangular portion extending from the rectangular portion with the apex of the triangle at a distal end of the hairbrush.
6 . The edge styling hairbrush of claim 5 , wherein the plurality of tufted bristles further comprises:
a first array of tufted bristles disposed in the rectangular portion and having a first length, and a second array of tufted bristles disposed in the triangular portion having a second length that is longer than the first length.
7 . The edge styling hairbrush of claim 6 , wherein the plurality tufted bristles further comprises:
a plurality of transition bristles are defined intermediate the first and second array, the transition bristles having a variable length ranging between the first length and the second length.
8 . The edge styling hairbrush of claim 3 , further comprising:
a generally hexagonal brush head, having a substantially rectangular interior portion that is substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal length of the handle; and a generally triangular end portion extending from a lateral end of the rectangular portion.
9 . The edge styling hairbrush of claim 8 , wherein the tufted bristles have substantially the same length.
10 . The edge styling hairbrush of claim 3 , further comprising:
a substantially oval shaped brush head, wherein a longitudinal length of the brush head is aligned with a longitudinal length of the brush handle.
11 . The edge styling hairbrush of claim 10 , wherein the tufted bristles have substantially the same length.
12 . The edge styling hairbrush of claim 1 , wherein the handle attaches at a central aspect of a back surface of the brush head.
13 . The edge styling hairbrush of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of bristles are formed in a plurality of spaced apart tufts.
14 . The edge styling hairbrush of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of bristles are formed in a bundle.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
