Abstract
A moist towelette dispenser device adapted for use in combination with a toilet paper holder assembly having a roll spindle engaged by a mount to a wall surface. The device provides for concurrent dispensing of toilet paper and moist towelettes and an air freshener. A housing provides a dispensing site for the towelettes and is engageable to the wall mount whereafter the toilet paper is operatively mounted on the spindle.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A moist towelette dispenser apparatus comprising:
a housing having a first end and a second end; a first member extending from said first end of said housing to a first distal end; said distal end of said first member in an engagement with one of a wall mount or a first end of a spool member engaged to said wall mount; a gap formed between a first side surface of said first member and said second end of said housing; said housing having a cavity defined by a sidewall surrounding an axis of said cavity, said sidewall extending between said first end of said housing connected to said first member and a second end of said housing connected; said cavity sized to accommodate a container surrounding a supply of moist towelettes therein, said container removably engageable with said cavity; an aperture positioned in a first endwall of said container; said aperture defining a dispensing passage for individual said towelettes therethrough from said from said supply positioned within said cavity, whereby said towelettes are individually dispensable from said supply, by a pulling thereof through said aperture, in a direction along or parallel to said axis of said cavity, and away from said second surface of said first member and said container may be replaced with a new said container of said towelettes to replenish a supply of said towelettes.
2 . The moist towelette dispenser apparatus of claim 1 wherein said engagement of said distal end of said first member with one of a wall mount or a first end of a spool member engaged to said wall mount, is a permanent engagement.
3 . The moist towelette dispenser apparatus of claim 1 wherein said engagement of said distal end of said first member with one of a wall mount or a first end of a spool member engaged to said wall mount, is a removable engagement, whereby said moist towelette dispenser may be retrofitted to a said removable engagement with a said wall mount previously engaged to a wall, or a respective first end of a respective said spool member engaged therewith.
4 . The moist towelette dispenser apparatus of claim 1 additionally comprising:
at least one notch formed on an interior surface of said sidewall defining said cavity;
a projection extending from said exterior surface of said container;
at least one alignment mark on each said container said housing;
said container translatable into said cavity to an aligned position, with said alignment mark on said container aligned with said alignment mark on said housing; and
said container in said aligned position, rotatable to a locked position preventing removal from said cavity.
5 . The moist towelette dispenser apparatus of claim 2 additionally comprising:
at least one notch formed on an interior surface of said sidewall defining said cavity;
a projection extending from said exterior surface of said container;
at least one alignment mark on each said container said housing;
said container translatable into said cavity to an aligned position, with said alignment mark on said container aligned with said alignment mark on said housing; and
said container in said aligned position, rotatable to a locked position preventing removal from said cavity.
6 . The moist towelette dispenser apparatus of claim 3 additionally comprising:
at least one notch formed on an interior surface of said sidewall defining said cavity;
a projection extending from said exterior surface of said container;
at least one alignment mark on each said container said housing;
said container translatable into said cavity to an aligned position, with said alignment mark on said container aligned with said alignment mark on said housing; and
said container in said aligned position, rotatable to a locked position preventing removal from said cavity.
7 . A moist towelette dispenser apparatus adapted for engagement with a toilet paper dispensing assembly having an elongated cylindrical spindle having two ends which are engageable with spindle mounts on a tissue paper fixture, for supporting a roll of toilet paper surrounding the spindle, said apparatus comprising:
a housing; a first member extending from said housing to a first distal end; a second member extending from said housing to a second distal end; a gap formed between a first side surface of said first member and an opposing first side surface of said second member; an arm having a first end in a pivoting engagement with said first side of said first member; said arm having a second end engageable upon said first side surface of said second member; said arm engageable with a roll of said toilet paper for rotation there around; mounts positioned on respective second side surfaces of said first member and said second member, said respective second side surfaces of said first and second members being opposite respective said first side surfaces of said first and second members, said mounts adapted for operative engagement with said spindle mounts on said toilet paper fixture; said housing having a cavity defined by a sidewall surrounding an axis of said cavity, said sidewall extending between a first end of said housing connected to said first member and a second end of said housing connected to said second member; and said cavity adapted for a removable engagement with a container having an exterior surface surrounding a supply of moist towelettes therein.
8 . The moist towelette dispenser apparatus of claim 7 additionally comprising:
said container having an aperture positioned in a first endwall of said container; and
said aperture defining a dispensing passage for individual said towelettes therethrough from said from said supply positioned within said cavity, whereby said towelettes are individually dispensable from said supply, by a pulling thereof through said aperture, in a direction along or parallel to said axis of said cavity, and away from said second surface of said first member and said container may be replaced with a new said container of said towelettes to replenish a supply of said towelettes.
9 . The moist towelette dispenser apparatus of claim 7 wherein said removable engagement comprises:
at least one notch formed on an interior surface of said sidewall defining said cavity;
said notch for slidable engagement with a projection extending from said exterior surface of said container;
at least one alignment mark on each said container of said housing;
said container translatable into said cavity to an aligned position, with said alignment mark on said container aligned with said alignment mark on said housing; and
said container in said aligned position, rotatable to a locked position preventing removal from said cavity.
10 . The moist towelette dispenser apparatus of claim 1 additionally comprising:
said cavity additionally adapted for a removable engagement with a reservoir container having a dispenser for fluid contained within said reservoir container, whereby either said reservoir container or said container having said moist towelettes therein.
11 . The moist towelette dispenser apparatus of claim 4 additionally comprising:
said cavity additionally adapted for a removable engagement with a reservoir container having a dispenser for fluid contained within said reservoir container, whereby either said reservoir container or said container having said moist towelettes therein.
12 . The moist towelette dispenser apparatus of claim 7 additionally comprising:
said cavity additionally adapted for a removable engagement with a reservoir container having a dispenser for fluid contained withing said reservoir container, whereby either said reservoir container or said container having said moist towelettes therein.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
