Abstract

A system for linking and controlling terminals is disclosed. The user terminal includes a decoding unit configured to decode image data received from a receiving terminal; a touch display unit configured to display the decoded image; and an information transmitting unit configured to transmit selection information for an event-executing entity included in the decoded image to the receiving terminal.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A user terminal comprising:
a display unit; a touch panel configured to sense touch pressure; and a mode changer unit configured to change a touch mode according to a user's input, wherein the touch mode comprises: a first touch mode for recognizing a touch of the touch means regardless of the touch pressure or touch area of the touch means; and a second touch mode for recognizing the touch pressure or touch area of the touch means.

2 . The user terminal of claim 1 , wherein the user terminal outputs event occurrence information if the touch means is positioned over an event-executing object displayed on the user terminal.

3 . The user terminal of claim 2 , wherein the event occurrence information is the form of sound, light or vibration.

4 . A method for controlling a user terminal, the method comprising:
outputting image data; sensing the touch pressure; and changing a touch mode according to a user's input, wherein the touch mode includes: a first touch mode for recognizing a touch of the touch means regardless of the touch pressure or touch area of the touch means; and a second touch mode for recognizing the touch pressure or touch area of the touch means.

5 . The method of claim 4 , wherein the user terminal outputs event occurrence information if the touch means is positioned over an event-executing object displayed on the user terminal.

6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the event occurrence information is the form of sound, light or vibration.

7 . A non-transitory recorded medium readable by a digital processing device, tangibly embodying a program of instructions executable by the digital processing device to control a user terminal, the program of instructions configured to perform a method comprising:
generating image data; sensing the touch pressure; and changing a touch mode according to a user's input, wherein the touch mode comprises: a first touch mode for recognizing a touch of the touch means regardless of the touch pressure or touch area of the touch means; and a second touch mode for recognizing the touch pressure or touch area of the touch means.

8 . The recorded medium of claim 7 , wherein the user terminal outputs event occurrence information if the touch means is positioned over an event-executing object displayed on the user terminal.

9 . The recorded medium of claim 8 , wherein the event occurrence information is the form of sound, light or vibration.
