Abstract
Anti-STEAP-1 antibodies and immunoconjugates thereof are provided. Methods of using anti-STEAP-1 antibodies and immunoconjugates thereof are provided. Methods of detecting or determining the presence of STEAP-1 proteins are provided.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 8 . (canceled)
9 . A composition comprising a cysteine engineered 89 Zirconium-labeled anti-STEAP-1 antibody, wherein the antibody binds to STEAP-1 and comprises (i) a heavy chain variable domain comprising Kabat-CDRH1, Kabat-CDRH2, and Kabat-CDRH3 of SEQ ID NO:9 and (ii) a light chain variable domain comprising Kabat-CDRL1, Kabat-CDRL2, and Kabat-CDRL3 of SEQ ID NO:6.
10 . A composition of claim 9 , wherein the cysteine engineered 89 Zirconium-labeled anti-STEAP-1 antibody comprises a cysteine mutation at position A118 of the heavy chain or L205 of the light chain according to EU numbering.
11 . The composition of claim 9 , wherein the cysteine engineered antibody that binds to STEAP-1 comprises a heavy chain variable domain having at least 95% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:9 or 10 and a light chain variable domain having at least 95% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:6.
12 . The composition of claim 9 , wherein the cysteine engineered 89 Zirconium-labeled anti-STEAP-1 antibody is covalently bound to 89 Zirconium.
13 . A method of determining the presence of a Six Transmembrane Epithelial Antigens of the Prostate-1 (STEAP-1) protein in a biological sample suspected of containing the STEAP-1 protein, the method comprising exposing said biological sample to the cysteine engineered 89 Zirconium-labeled anti-STEAP-1 antibody of claim 9 and determining binding of the cysteine engineered 89 Zirconium-labeled anti-STEAP-1 antibody to said protein in the biological sample, wherein binding of the cysteine engineered 89 Zirconium-labeled anti-STEAP-1 antibody to the protein is indicative of the presence of said STEAP-1 protein in the biological sample, wherein the method is conducted in a patient suspected of having metastatic prostate cancer with metastasis to the bones.
14 . The method of claim 13 , which is an immune-positron emission tomography (immuno-PET) imaging method.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
