Abstract
A children's crawling aid that rocks may include a base having a top side, bottom side, a forward section, and a rear section. The top side may have an arcuate surface. The bottom side may have at least one section. A cushion may be attached to the top side of the base. A fabric covering may removably fasten to the cushion. The device may assist a baby in developing crawling and sitting skills.

1 . A crawling aid for children comprising:
a base having a top side, bottom side, a forward section, and a rear section, wherein the top side has an arcuate surface, wherein the bottom side comprises at least one section; and a cushion attached to the top side of the base.
2 . The crawling aid for children of claim 1 , further comprising a fabric covering removably fastened to the cushion.
3 . The crawling aid for children of claim 2 , wherein the fabric covering is made from a hypoallergenic cloth material.
4 . The crawling aid for children of claim 1 , further comprising at least one pad attached to the at least one section of the bottom side of the base.
5 . The crawling aid for children of claim 1 , wherein the cushion is made from memory foam.
6 . The crawling aid for children of claim 1 , wherein the bottom side of the base comprises at least one rail.
7 . The crawling aid for children of claim 1 , wherein the at least one section of the bottom side comprise two arcuate surfaces and a flat surface in between the arcuate surfaces.
8 . The crawling aid for children of claim 1 , wherein the shape of the cushion comprises a thickness beginning with the rear section, increasing in thickness towards the forward section of the cushion.
9 . A method for training a child to crawl and sit comprising:
placing a crawling aid for children under a chest and a belly of a baby, wherein the crawling aid for children is defined by abase having a top side, a bottom side, a forward section, and a rear section, wherein the top side has an arcuate surface, wherein the bottom side comprises at least one section; a cushion attached to the top side of the base; a fabric covering removably fastened to the cushion; and propping the baby in a crawling position.
