Abstract
A packaging cushioning structure is provided according to two embodiments of the present invention. In both embodiments, the packaging cushioning structure includes a first cushioning body and a second cushioning body. At at least one side of the first cushioning body, the first cushioning body includes a first assembly portion and a first clamping portion connected to the first assembly portion. At at least one side of the second cushioning body, the second cushioning body includes a second assembly portion and a second clamping portion connected to the second assembly portion. In the first embodiment, locking and fastening is implemented through the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion that are a protruding structure and a recessed structure, respectively. In the second embodiment, the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are recesses, and are locked and fastened through a fastening member.

1 . A packaging cushioning structure, comprising:
a first cushioning body, comprising at least one first assembly portion and a first clamping portion connected to the first assembly portion at at least one side of the first cushioning body, the width of the first assembly portion being smaller than the width of the first clamping portion; and a second cushioning body, configured to splice with the first cushioning body, comprising at least one second assembly portion and a second clamping portion connected to the second assembly portion at at least one side of the second cushioning body, the width of the second assembly portion being smaller than the width of the second clamping portion; wherein, when the second cushioning body is spliced with the first cushioning body, the second assembly portion locks and fastens the first assembly portion and the second clamping portion locks and fastens the first clamping portion, such that the first cushioning body and the second cushioning body become secured with each other.
2 . The packaging cushioning structure of claim 1 , wherein the first cushioning body further comprises a third assembly portion disposed at a distance from the first assembly portion, and a third clamping portion connected to the third assembly portion; the second cushioning body further comprises a fourth assembly portion disposed at a distance from the second assembly portion, and a fourth clamping potion connected to the fourth assembly portion; the width of the third clamping portion is greater than the width of the third assembly portion, and the width of the fourth clamping portion is greater than the width of the fourth assembly portion.
3 . The packaging cushioning structure of claim 2 , wherein the first assembly portion and the third assembly portion have opposite configuration directions, and the second assembly portion and the fourth assembly portion have opposite configuration directions.
4 . A packaging cushioning structure, comprising:
a first cushioning body, comprising at least one first assembly portion and a first clamping portion connected to the first assembly portion at at least one side of the first cushioning body, the width of the first assembly portion being smaller than the width of the first clamping portion; a second cushioning body, disposed correspondingly to the first cushioning body, comprising at least one second assembly portion and a second clamping portion connected to the second assembly portion at one side of the second cushioning body facing the first cushioning body, the width of the second clamping portion being greater than the width of the second assembly portion; at least one fastening member, assembled with the first cushioning body and the second cushioning body, comprising an extension portion, and a first fastening portion and a second fastening portion extended integrally from two sides of the extension portion, respectively, the fastening member configured to assemble with the first cushioning body and the second cushioning body using the extension portion to allow the first fastening portion and the second fastening portion to respectively lock and fasten in the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion, such that the first cushioning body and the second cushioning body become an assembly.
5 . The packaging cushioning structure of claim 4 , wherein the extension portion of the fastening member includes a curvature.
6 . The packaging cushioning structure of claim 4 , wherein between the first fastening portion and the second fastening portion of the fastening member is an included angle ranging between 90 degrees and 180 degrees.
7 . The packaging cushioning structure of claim 4 , wherein the first cushioning body is divided into a first bending section and a second bending section by a bending line; the first cushioning body further comprises a first through hole that is disposed at the first bending section near the bending line and extended from the bending line towards a direction away from the second bending section, and a second through hole disposed at the second bending section and extended from the bending line towards a direction away from the first bending section, and being in communication with the first through hole; when the first cushioning body is bent into the first bending section and the second bending section along the bending line, the first through hole and the second through hole form the first assembly portion and the first clamping portion.
8 . The packaging cushioning structure of claim 4 , wherein the second cushioning body is divided into a third bending section and a fourth bending section by a bending line; the second cushioning body further comprises a third through hole that is disposed at the third bending section near the bending line and extended from the bending line towards a direction away from the fourth bending section, and a fourth through hole disposed at the fourth bending section and extended from the bending line towards a direction away from the third bending section, and being in communication with the third through hole; when the second cushioning body is bent into the third bending section and the fourth bending section along the bending line, the third through hole and the fourth through hole form the second assembly portion and the second clamping portion.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
