Mattress Sheet Assembly
Abstract
A mattress sheet assembly includes a bottom sheet including a top panel and a perimeter wall attached to and extending downwardly from the top panel. The perimeter wall has a bottom edge defining an opening for receiving a mattress. The top panel includes a first edge, a second edge, a third edge and a fourth edge wherein the first and second edges are positioned opposite of each other. A top sheet has a first end edge, a second end edge, a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge. The first end edge is attached to the bottom sheet such that the top sheet is positionable on top of the top panel. The first end edge is positioned adjacent to the first edge of the top panel.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A sheet assembly for facilitating efficient bed making, said assembly comprising:
a bottom sheet including a top panel and a perimeter wall being attached to and extending downwardly from said top panel, said perimeter wall having a bottom edge defining an opening configured for receiving a mattress, said top panel including a first edge, a second edge, a third edge and a fourth edge wherein said first and second edges are positioned opposite of each other; and a top sheet having a first end edge, a second end edge, a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge, said first end edge being attached to said bottom sheet such that said top sheet is positionable on top of said top panel, said first end edge being positioned adjacent to said first edge of said top panel.
2 . The sheet assembly according to claim 1 , wherein said bottom edge includes a resiliently stretchable material.
3 . The sheet assembly according to claim 1 , wherein said top sheet has a width from said first lateral edge to said second lateral edge being greater than a width of said top panel from said first edge to said second edge, said top sheet being positioned such that said first lateral edge hangs downwardly from said third edge and said second lateral edge hangs downwardly from said fourth edge.
4 . The sheet assembly according to claim 1 , further including:
a pillow case comprising a sleeve having an open end, a closed end and a peripheral wall extending between said open and closed ends; and a coupler releasably coupling said pillow case to said top panel, said coupler being positioned adjacent to said second edge.
5 . A sheet assembly for facilitating efficient bed making, said assembly comprising:
a bottom sheet including a top panel and a perimeter wall being attached to and extending downwardly from said top panel, said perimeter wall having a bottom edge defining an opening configured for receiving a mattress, said bottom edge including a resiliently stretchable material, said top panel including a first edge, a second edge, a third edge and a fourth edge wherein said first and second edges are positioned opposite of each other; a top sheet having a first end edge, a second end edge, a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge, said first end edge being attached to said bottom sheet such that said top sheet is positionable on top of said top panel, said first end edge being positioned adjacent to said first edge of said top panel, said top sheet having a width from said first lateral edge to said second lateral edge being greater than a width of said top panel from said first edge to said second edge, said top sheet being positioned such that said first lateral edge hangs downwardly from said third edge and said second lateral edge hangs downwardly from said fourth edge; a pillow case comprising a sleeve having an open end, a closed end and a peripheral wall extending between said open and closed ends; and a coupler releasably coupling said pillow case to said top panel, said coupler being positioned adjacent to said second edge.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
