Abstract

A method for making the compound is set forth utilizing the starting material

1 . A process for the production of the compound 
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
       
       which comprises
 (1) removal of the t-butyl groups from the compound 
 
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
       
       using a first solvent in the presence of water to obtain the compound 
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
       
       and
 (2) reacting the compound 
 
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
       
       with TRIS and optionally a second solvent to obtain the compound
