Composite edge and corner protection pieces

Abstract

This invention relates to a composite edge and corner protection piece, comprising a main body of a protection piece which comprises at least two plates that integrate and connects at a right angle. The plates are coated with a coating layer is made of plastic and combined with the protection piece on the outer side surface of the plates through coated injection molding method. Thus, the composite edge and corner protection piece possesses strength as well as softness, and at same time achieve more effective protection and the need for sturdiness and durability.

1 . A composite edge and corner protective piece, comprising:
 a main body comprising at least two metal plates integrally attached at a right angle to each other; wherein   the plates have outer and inner side surfaces; and   the outer surface of the plates is coated with a plastic layer using a coated injection molding method; and   wherein the inner side surface of each plate of the main body of the protection piece has an extended coating segment from the coating layer.   
     
     
         2 . The composite edge and corner protection piece according to  claim 1 , wherein the plates of the main body of the protection piece have fixing holes. 
     
     
         3 . The composite edge and corner protection piece according to  claim 1 , wherein the main body of the protection piece comprises three plates that are integrally formed and linked at right angles. 
     
     
         4 . The composite edge and corner protection piece according to  claim 3 , wherein the three plates of the main body of the protection piece form a fitting space. 
     
     
         5 . The composite edge and corner protection piece according to  claim 1 , wherein the main body of the protection piece comprises two plates that are integrally formed and linked at a right angle. 
     
     
         6 . The composite edge and corner protection piece according to  claim 5 , wherein a fitting space is formed between the two plates of the main body of the protection piece. 
     
     
         7 . The composite edge and corner protection piece according to  claim 1 , wherein the coating layer is embedded in the fixing holes on the plates of the main body of the protection piece.
