Abstract

This invention relates to a grinding tool, and more particularly, it relates to a diamond grinding disc adapted for grinding. The diamond grinding disc is connected to a grinder via a post to be available for grinding a workpiece. The diamond grinding disc comprises a grinding layer, a transition laver, a back layer, wherein the post is a screw structure upwardly extended from the back layer, wherein the back layer is connected to the transition layer to form integration. The design, setting the back layer and the transition layer as an integrated part and applying soft material on the back layer, solves the problem that the back layer and the transition layer are easily disconnected from each other and prolongs the service life of the grinding disc.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
We claim:

         1 . A diamond grinding disc, comprising:
a grinding layer, a transition layer, a back layer made of soft material, and a post which is a screw structure extended upwardly from the back layer, wherein the back layer and the transition layer form an integrated structure, the diamond grinding disc is connected to a grinder via the post.

2 . The diamond grinding disc according to claim 1 , wherein the integrated structure is formed by hot pressing the back layer and the transition layer; wherein the transition layer is a sheet body made of thermal insulating material.

3 . The diamond grinding disc according to claim 2 , wherein the transition layer is made of cloth.

4 . The diamond grinding disc according to claim 1 , wherein the transition layer is completely covered by the back layer.

5 . The diamond grinding disc according to claim 1 , Wherein the transition layer is connected to the grinding layer by an adhesive.

6 . The diamond grinding disc according to claim 2 , wherein the transition layer is completely covered by the back layer.
